Description
Why we recommend Zuma in Cannes
We keep Zuma on the short list of Cannes dining rooms worth a standalone night rather than a squeezed-in pre-club meal. Michelin-aware Côte d’Azur dining with Film Festival clientele. Outside Las Vegas, MyRSVP focuses on nightclub and pool-club bookings rather than restaurant reservations, so this page is written as a city guide: the room and its point of view, the menu cues, the practical timing, and the fastest way to reserve your own table. Use it alongside a MyRSVP nightlife or pool booking to stack the full evening.
What to expect in the room and on the menu
Housed in the historic Palm Beach on Pointe Croisette, Zuma Cannes opened in May 2024 as the brand’s first French location, anchoring the Riviera’s contemporary Japanese dining scene. The 2,000-square-meter space commands floor-to-ceiling windows and an open robata grill kitchen that doubles as theatrical centerpiece—flames and precision knife work frame views across the Bay of Cannes. Two private dining rooms, Umi and Nami, offer seclusion with marina vistas for intimate groups or business dinners. The expansive terrace extends the experience into warm evenings, while curated DJ sets calibrate energy without overwhelming conversation. The kitchen moves confidently through shareable plates—Wagyu Tataki with summer truffle, miso-marinated black cod, grilled seabass with yuzu—each plate signaling technical discipline. Cocktails (Zuma Rum Grog, yuzu-forward classics) and an intelligent sake program anchor the bar, which opens at 6:30 p.m. and runs until 12:30 a.m. Service can vary in consistency, but the kitchen’s execution and setting rarely disappoint. Tables near the terrace edge fill earliest and command premium sight lines; booking weeks ahead, especially June through August, is essential.
Reservations — how to book Zuma
A quick note on how to use this page: Zuma sits on our curated Cannes dining shortlist, but MyRSVP doesn’t hold restaurant inventory here — that concierge service is Las Vegas-only. For the reservation, book direct with the venue on whichever channel they use (their own site, OpenTable, Resy, SevenRooms, or phone). For a nightclub, pool day, or beach club layered into the same Cannes trip, that is the part where MyRSVP picks up — submit the form on the relevant venue page and we will coordinate that side of the evening with your dinner reservation as the anchor point.
Hours, dress, and planning windows
What to know before you visit Zuma. The room operates on these hours: Year-round; lunch and dinner service daily. Friday dinner service from 7:00 PM. Confirm exact hours via zumarestaurant.com/en/cannes or +33 4 12 38 12 38. On the dress side: Smart and elegant — upscale dining standard; no beachwear or shorts. Peak demand in Cannes falls around May (Festival de Cannes) and the July–August high-season window, sharpest on Festival de Cannes, yacht-tender arrivals at Quai Laubeuf — those are the dates the reservation book closes furthest out. If the main dining room is full on your target date, ask the restaurant about chef’s counter, bar seats or a tasting-menu slot; those formats often stay open days after the primary book has gone.
How MyRSVP helps with the rest of your Cannes trip
Booking Zuma for your Cannes trip. The dinner reservation itself runs through the restaurant; MyRSVP’s concierge service in Cannes specializes in nightclub and pool-club bookings rather than dining rooms. Dinner reservations are direct with Zuma. For the nightclub, pool day or beach club you’re planning around the meal, submit the MyRSVP form on the relevant venue page and a concierge assigned to that venue will be in touch with pricing, placement and the best area for your group.
