Friday night
OMNIA at Caesars opens with Steve Aoki, a veteran who still understands how to move a multi-level room — the main floor peaks hard while the terrace and Heart of OMNIA give you somewhere to breathe. This is the marquee Friday call, and the crowd skews international and dressed. Since we don't seat you inside Caesars, book dinner steps away across the bridge at Pinky Ring — or simply arrive early and let OMNIA carry the evening.
LIV Nightclub at Fontainebleau counters with Metro Boomin, a rare hip-hop production headliner in a room built for exactly that low-end weight. The sound system here rewards a producer of his caliber, and the crowd comes for the catalog. Pair with an early dinner on-property at Komodo, whose Miami-bred pan-Asian menu sets the tone before you walk downstairs.
EBC at Night at Encore turns the pool over to Gryffin under the lights — melodic, open-air, and a softer landing than the enclosed rooms. It's the Wynn move for anyone who wants stars overhead. Anchor the night first at Delilah at Wynn, the Gatsby-era supper club that makes for a proper prelude.
Marquee Nightclub at Cosmopolitan brings Deorro, high-energy and built for the main-room faithful. Precede it with a bone-in filet at STK on-property, where the 2am lounge bar keeps the night going either direction.
Saturday — day to night
Saturday belongs to the water. The headline daytime story is OMNIA Dayclub at Caesars, the newest addition to the pool-party scene, opening Saturday with Alesso — a genuine A-list booking for a room still finding its footing, and reason enough to plan your afternoon around Caesars. Over at Fontainebleau, LIV Beach lands John Summit, whose tech-house momentum makes this the daytime ticket for the house crowd. The Wynn faithful will point to Encore Beach Club and Hugel with Kate Moon and Sam Blacky across three tiers of pool, while Tao Beach at Venetian goes big with Timmy Trumpet.
As the sun drops, OMNIA at Caesars stays in the rotation with TWINSICK — dial the intensity up and keep the Caesars evening intact. Precede it with dinner across the bridge at Pinky Ring, an easy walk before the doors.
For a change of register, LIV Nightclub at Fontainebleau hands Saturday to Crankdat, harder-edged and built for the late peak; book Komodo upstairs first to keep the whole night on one property. And if you want the see-and-be-seen room, Marquee Nightclub at Cosmopolitan runs Danny Avila — pair it with the theatrical Beauty & Essex on-property for a speakeasy start.
Sunday wind-down
Sunday eases off without going quiet. Encore Beach Club closes the pool weekend with Dillon Francis, always more playful than punishing — the right energy for a Sunday session in the sun. Keep it in the Wynn family with a late lunch at Delilah if you want to draw the afternoon out.
For the ones still moving, OMNIA at Caesars turns Latin with DESEO: Latin Sundays — a warmer, rhythm-forward finish to the weekend. And for a lower-key dinner-and-lounge arc, Catch at Aria offers a polished seafood room that lets you land gently.
The pre-game
The right table sets the night. On the Cosmopolitan side, STK runs a DJ-driven steakhouse with a serious bone-in filet program and a 2am cocktail bar — ideal before Marquee. At Fontainebleau, Komodo delivers Miami glamour and a pan-Asian menu that flows straight into a LIV night.
