There is Sukhumvit and Thonglor, home to the sleek VIP rooms and the design-led temples of house and techno. And there is the newer Ratchada and Rama 9 axis, where a fresh wave of DJ Mag-ranked superclubs has pushed the city's production values to festival standard. Bottle service and VIP tables anchor nearly all of it, but the range runs from 2,000-capacity EDM cathedrals to intimate, tastemaker-only sound rooms.
We ranked the fourteen best by real search demand in 2026, then weighed each on the things that actually define a night out - the sound and production, the music policy, the crowd, and the strength of the VIP and bottle-service operation. The list spans hip-hop institutions, big-room EDM flagships, underground techno rooms, and boutique social clubs, so whether you want a viral mainstage or a dark room with an audiophile rig, there is a right answer here. A note on booking. The surest way into a Bangkok club on a busy night is a VIP table with bottle service, arranged in advance directly with the venue or its promoters. Outside Las Vegas, the reservation sits with the club itself, not with us - we point you to the right room and hand you off to lock in the table. Doors are generally 9pm or 10pm, and the big rooms run until 2am or well past.

Sugar Club has been the city's hip-hop and R&B standard-bearer since 2014, and on Sukhumvit Soi 11 - Bangkok's densest nightlife strip, steps from Nana BTS - it remains the genre's number-one room. The renovated, multi-story space is built around a central LED stage visible from the dance floor up to a spacious mezzanine, with a VIP zone overlooking the action.
The music is hip-hop seven nights a week, driven by resident heavyweights like the Bangkok Invaders, and the club has a track record of drawing serious international names - Tyga, Lil Yachty, Kid Ink and Rae Sremmurd have all played here. 2. Onyx (RCA)
A big-room flagship on the RCA strip, Onyx is a longtime DJ Mag Top 100 entry built around a commanding main stage that can hold well over 2,000 people. Opened as an international-standard room modeled on the great clubs of Ibiza, Berlin and Seoul, it pairs a d&b audiotechnik sound system with a huge HD LED wall and festival-grade lighting.
The music is commercial EDM, big room, house and electro across the week, with a steady flow of touring headliners and blowout Songkran raves. VIP booths ring the floor, an outdoor pool-bar area gives you room to breathe between sets, and Onyx is often the last room standing on RCA, running deep into the early hours. 3. Route 66 (RCA)
The anchor of the RCA strip since 1996, Route 66 is a multi-room institution - three to four distinct zones under one roof, spanning a hip-hop room, an EDM and house mainstage, and a live-band-and-K-pop room where singers keep the crowd moving. That variety is its edge: a big mixed group can split up and everyone finds their music.
The crowd skews young, Thai and student-heavy, with tourists and expats folded in, and the large VIP-table operation makes it a go-to for groups. Entry typically comes with drink coupons, bottle service starts accessibly, and the energy holds until close. It is the most enduring name in Bangkok clubbing, and it has earned that status.

4. Baccarat Bangkok (Davis Hotel, Sukhumvit 24)
On Sukhumvit 24 at the Davis Hotel, Baccarat is a trendy, upscale room best known as an after-party destination - the place a polished professional crowd lands when other venues wind down. The feel is sexy and moody, with low light, plush seating, and a design that leans luxe rather than mega.

7. Spaceplus (RCA)
On Royal City Avenue, Spaceplus is a roughly 2,000-capacity spaceship of a club and one of the city's highest-flying DJ Mag entries, climbing to number 43 on the Top 100 in 2025. Its single vast main room - around 2,800 square meters - is unusually large for Bangkok, built for festival-scale shows with an L-Acoustics rig, a 360-degree LED array and more than 20 lasers.
The music leans EDM, trance and hardstyle under that colossal light show, with international headliners rotating through and a VVIP bar and VIP tables for bottle service. When a big-name DJ tours the region, this is often where they land. Go for the production - few rooms in the city hit this scale.

8. Muin (Donki Mall, Thonglor)
Tucked improbably onto the fifth floor of Donki Mall on Thonglor, Muin (styled MU:IN) is a festival-grade, Korean-inflected megaclub and one of the hottest VIP rooms in the city right now. It is genuinely massive, with multiple zones and a visual production that rivals a music festival.
The rooms split by sound - the Jack main hall for EDM, Livin for hip-hop, and a house-and-techno district - and a DJ Mag Top 100 profile has made it a magnet for both local and international talent. Cover typically includes drinks, and table packages run from bar-side standing to a super-VIP spot on the DJ stage itself. Doors from 9pm.

9. APT 101 (Sukhumvit 11)
On Sukhumvit 11, APT 101 is a curated social club styled after a 1950s designer apartment - a deliberately intimate, in-the-know room that is the antidote to the megaclubs a few doors away. The look is residential and design-led, more members' lounge than warehouse.
The music runs to house and hip-hop for a selective, tastemaker crowd, and the small footprint keeps it feeling exclusive even on a busy night. It is the kind of place you go when you want a considered, stylish room rather than a mainstage. Come late and dressed the part.

10. Sing Sing Theater (Sukhumvit 45)
Off Sukhumvit on Soi 45, Sing Sing Theater is Bangkok's most Instagrammed club interior - an Ashley Sutton design, from the mind behind the Iron Fairies, conjuring a Hollywood vision of 1930s Shanghai across three floors and four split levels. Red lanterns, elaborate metal screens, mezzanine boxes and sunken bars orbit a petite central dance floor.
The programming is house and melodic house, with touring internationals - the likes of Sebastien Leger and Technasia have played - drawing a stylish crowd Tuesday to Saturday. VIP balcony boxes and a hidden VVIP third floor with its own bar make it a design landmark as much as a club. It is closed Sunday and Monday, and the door is 20-plus with ID.

11. Atlas Superclub (Ratchada)
In the Ratchada district, Atlas Superclub is the Thai cousin of Bali's Atlas and Bangkok's highest-ranked club on the DJ Mag Top 100, landing at number 50 in 2026. It bills itself as the city's after-dark playground, and the production backs it up - festival-grade lighting, visuals and stage design in a large, theatrical room.
The music policy lives at the intersection of EDM, house and open-format, with rising Asian acts and touring internationals, plus dancers and live talent working the stage. 13. Skylab Bangkok (Huai Khwang)
In the Ratchada and Huai Khwang cluster, Skylab is a large modern EDM club of around 1,000 capacity, kitted out with advanced sound and immersive lighting. It sits right in the middle of the city's newest nightlife district, easy to pair with ELYSIUM and the surrounding rooms.
Open-format programming and ample VIP tables make it well suited to large groups looking for a big, high-energy room without the RCA trek. The production is sharp, the crowd young, and the scene squarely on the rise as Ratchada draws the city's clubbers eastward. A solid group option.

14. VOID Club (Rama 9)
Near Rama 9, just east of RCA, VOID is the room many locals call the current peak of Bangkok clubbing - a techno-focused superclub that debuted on the DJ Mag Top 100 at number 67 in 2026. The specs are serious: a 26-meter 6K LED wall, sixteen high-powered lasers, and a d&b audiotechnik sound system built for a proper electronic program.
The music spans techno, progressive house and big-room EDM, with international headliners rotating through most weekends - the club ran more than 90 events in a single year. VIP tables are available, but the draw here is the sound and the light show rather than the bottle scene. For the city's most current, production-heavy electronic night, this is the room.
