Do you take a commission from venues?
We have direct partnerships with most major Strip properties and a handful of operator groups. Where commissions exist, they reduce your program cost - surfaced as line items in your quote rather than pocketed.
Can the fee be self-funding?
Yes for many engagements. Our direct relationships secure comped cabana access, complimentary tables on certain weeknights, and venue-side pricing concessions that frequently exceed our fee. Modeled in the quote so you see the net.
How do you handle vendor consolidation and reconciliation?

What's your minimum program size?
We handle programs from 10-person executive retreats up to 2,000-attendee customer summits. Below 10 we route to the standard concierge desk; above 2,000 we pull in the appropriate partner for general session venue coordination.
How early do we need to book?
8-12 weeks ahead for primetime Friday and Saturday windows. Event-weekend programs (F1, Super Bowl, NFR, EDC, CES) book 16-24 weeks ahead. Executive retreats with flexible dates typically confirm 2-4 weeks out.
