Corporate + MICE programs in Las Vegas
MyRSVP runs corporate programs in Las Vegas end-to-end: sales kickoffs, customer summits, incentive trips, executive retreats, multi-day off-sites, holiday parties. Single point of control across restaurants, nightclubs, pool clubs, transportation, and room blocks. Transparent fee structure; in most engagements the fee is self-funding via comped table access and venue-side concessions.
How we work
- Single point of control — one concierge thread for the entire program, one consolidated invoice post-event.
- Direct GM relationships — direct lines to property GMs at all 9 luxury Strip resorts plus the major nightlife and dayclub operators.
- Transparent fee structure — flat fee or per-attendee, agreed before vendor outreach. No hidden markups.
- Often self-funding — comped cabana access, complimentary weeknight tables, and venue-side concessions frequently exceed our fee.

Procurement FAQ
What's MyRSVP's fee structure for corporate programs?
Transparent flat fee or per-attendee rate, agreed before any vendor outreach begins. The fee is itemized in the post-event reconciliation alongside every venue charge. No hidden markups on F&B, no opaque service fees.
Do you take a commission from venues?
We have direct partnerships with most major Strip properties and a handful of operator groups. Where commissions exist, they reduce your program cost - surfaced as line items in your quote rather than pocketed.
Can the fee be self-funding?
Yes for many engagements. Our direct relationships secure comped cabana access, complimentary tables on certain weeknights, and venue-side pricing concessions that frequently exceed our fee. Modeled in the quote so you see the net.
How do you handle vendor consolidation and reconciliation?
Single point of control. One concierge thread for the entire program. One consolidated invoice post-event with every vendor receipt reconciled across restaurants, nightclubs, pool clubs, transportation, room blocks, AV, photography. Your AP team gets one PO and one final number.
What's your minimum program size?
We handle programs from 10-person executive retreats up to 2,000-attendee customer summits. Below 10 we route to the standard concierge team; above 2,000 we pull in the appropriate partner for general session venue coordination.
How early do we need to book?
8-12 weeks ahead for primetime Friday and Saturday windows. Event-weekend programs (F1, Super Bowl, NFR, EDC, CES) book 16-24 weeks ahead. Executive retreats with flexible dates typically confirm 2-4 weeks out.
