Las Vegas DMC: destination management for corporate programs
A Las Vegas DMC (destination management company) handles the on-the-ground logistics layer of a multi-day corporate program: airport transfers, hotel coordination, venue rotation across multiple stops per day, attendee experience design, ground transportation, off-site activities, and program-day pivots. MyRSVP operates as a Vegas DMC for programs running 2 to 7 days with headcounts from 20 to 2,000, with direct GM relationships across all 9 luxury Strip properties and the major operator groups.
What a DMC does
A destination management company is your team's local operations partner in the host city. We handle airport pickups, hotel check-in coordination, ground transportation between venues, dietary tracking across multiple meals per day, off-site activity coordination (helicopter tours, Red Rock drives, Lake Mead boat charters, golf tee times), and the program-day pivots that inevitably surface.
What we don't do as a DMC
We don't replace your event lead, content team, or speaker coordination. We don't write the keynote or design the program flow. We don't process visa applications. We don't run AV for general session staging at large customer summits (we pair with the host property's convention services team for that). Clear scoping prevents mid-program ambiguity.
Multi-day program coordination
The most common DMC engagement is a 3-day President's Club, 4-day sales kickoff, or 5-day incentive trip. A typical day touches 5-8 distinct venues or vendors. Multiply by 3-5 days and you've got 20-40 venue touchpoints in a single program. We hold all of them on one concierge thread with one program lead on the ground.
Ground transportation
Strip-to-Strip is 0.5 to 3 miles but moving 100-200 attendees through that compactness in 30-60 minute windows requires real coordination. Limousines, sprinter vans, motor coaches, bus contingents - all coordinated by attendee count and timing. For event-weekend programs we route around Strip closures with pre-approved alternate-path logistics.
Attendee experience layer
Beyond logistics, Vegas DMC programs win or lose on small details. Pre-program briefing emails with venue addresses and dress codes. Day-of QR-codable agendas. Welcome amenities in rooms. Dietary tracking across all program meals. Same-day requests handled by the program lead rather than escalated to your team. The best programs feel effortless because the operational layer is invisible.
Off-site and recreation programming
Helicopter tours over the Strip and Red Rock, hot-air balloons at sunrise, Red Rock Canyon hiking, Lake Mead boat charters, ATV tours, golf at top public courses, private cooking classes, F1 simulators, gun range outings, winery day trips. Any of these as part of the multi-stop itinerary with transportation, timing buffers, and weather contingency built in.
FAQ
Is MyRSVP a full-service DMC or just a venue concierge?
Full-service DMC for the Vegas vendor + ground logistics + attendee experience layer. We're not a content agency, AV provider, or speaker bureau - those stay with your team or the host property's convention services.
What's your minimum program size for DMC services?
20 attendees for a multi-day program. Smaller engagements we route to our standard concierge team. Larger engagements (1,000+) we pair with the host property's convention services team for general session staging.
Do you have professional liability insurance?
Yes. Standard general liability and professional liability coverage at industry-standard limits. COI provided on contract execution. We also carry workers comp for program leads and ground crew.
How do you handle international attendees?
Airport pickup at LAS or Henderson Executive, ground transportation, hotel coordination, dietary tracking, program-language matching when needed. We provide letters of invitation tied to specific venue reservations and coordinate with your immigration counsel as needed.
Can you take over from another DMC mid-program?
Yes when timing allows. Most mid-program handoffs happen when the original DMC underperforms in the first 24-48 hours. We can ramp into a running program within 4-8 hours if the program lead briefs us cleanly.
