Private Dining and Large Group Restaurants in Las Vegas 2026
Where to book private dining and large-group restaurants in Las Vegas for 2026, from 15-person PDRs at Carbone and Nobu to 70-plus at Strip Steak, handled by MyRSVP.
Why book a Vegas group through MyRSVP
A great dinner for two is easy. A great dinner for twenty, or seventy, is a logistics problem: the right room, a workable minimum, a menu the kitchen can actually execute at volume, the timing so the table is ready when your group walks in, and the flexibility to move when half the party is running late off a flight. That is the part we handle. This is our guide to private dining and large-group restaurants in Las Vegas in 2026, the rooms we book most for bachelor and bachelorette weekends, corporate dinners, birthdays, and milestone celebrations. Every room below is one we reserve directly, and we negotiate the minimum, the menu, and the setup for you. Last updated late June 2026.
Have the group and the date? Tell us the headcount, the night, and the vibe, and we will come back with the rooms that fit and the all-in number on each.
Large groups: 45 to 70-plus
When the party is big enough that most restaurants say no, these are the rooms that say yes.
Strip Steak (Mandalay Bay) - up to 70-plus
The largest group capacity on our list. Strip Steak handles 70-plus in a private or semi-private setup, which makes it the go-to for the biggest celebrations, corporate dinners, and full-group bachelor or bachelorette parties that other rooms cannot seat. Michael Mina's steakhouse does volume without losing the kitchen. See Strip Steak.
Best for: the biggest groups, 50 to 70-plus, that need a real private setup.
STK (The Cosmopolitan) - up to 50
Steakhouse meets nightclub energy, and a private setup that handles up to 50. STK is the pick when the group dinner is also the start of the night out: a DJ, a high-energy room, and a private space that keeps a large party together before the night rolls on. See STK.
Best for: the 40-to-50 group that wants dinner and energy in one room.
Hakkasan (MGM Grand) - up to 45
The Michelin-pedigree Cantonese room handles private groups up to 45, with a dim-sum-and-Peking-duck menu that does family-style large-group dining as well as anything in the city. The dramatic room makes it a celebration in itself. See Hakkasan.
Best for: the 30-to-45 group that wants something beyond a steakhouse.
Bazaar Meat by Jose Andres (Sahara) - multiple rooms, 20 to 50
The most flexible large-group option on the Strip. Bazaar Meat runs multiple private rooms that comfortably accommodate groups from 20 to 50, so we can match the room to the headcount rather than forcing the headcount into one room. Jose Andres turns the steakhouse into a full event, which makes it a standout for a group that wants the meal to be the experience. See Bazaar Meat.
Best for: groups of 20 to 50 that want flexibility and a culinary show.
Private dining rooms: 15 to 25
The bachelor and bachelorette sweet spot. These rooms seat a tight group in a real private space, perfect for a celebration dinner before the night out.
SW Steakhouse (Wynn) - PDR for 15 to 25
Wynn's flagship steakhouse runs a private dining room ideal for 15 to 25. Polished, lakeside, and the Wynn service standard, it is the refined pick for a bachelor, bachelorette, or milestone group that wants a grown-up room before the night. See SW Steakhouse.
Nobu (Caesars Palace) - PDR for 15 to 25
The global benchmark with a private room built for 15 to 25. A Nobu omakase-style group menu is one of the best celebration dinners in the city, and the private setup keeps the party together. See Nobu.
Carbone (Aria) - PDR for 15 to 25
The hardest reservation in the city also runs a private dining room for 15 to 25, which is the single best bachelor or bachelorette dinner we book. The full Carbone experience, the spicy rigatoni and the tableside theater, in a private space for your group. The room books out far in advance, so the earlier we have your date, the better. See Carbone.
Best for: bachelor, bachelorette, and milestone groups of 15 to 25.
How to choose, fast
50 to 70-plus: Strip Steak.
40 to 50 with energy: STK.
30 to 45, beyond steak: Hakkasan.
20 to 50, flexible rooms: Bazaar Meat.
15 to 25 bachelor or bachelorette: Carbone, Nobu, or SW.
What a group booking actually involves
Most large-group and private-room dinners run on a food-and-beverage minimum rather than a per-person price, plus the usual service charge and tax on top. The minimum scales with the room, the night, and the date, and event weekends (F1, NYE, big conventions, fight weekends) run higher and book out further. Many rooms ask for a set or limited menu at a certain headcount so the kitchen can execute at volume, and a deposit to hold the space. None of that is hard once you know the room, which is exactly what we do.
How MyRSVP books your group
We work two desks on every group request. Our venue-relations desk has direct relationships with the rooms above and negotiates the minimum, the menu, and the room; our operations desk handles the timing, the deposit, any AV or celebration setup (cake, a specific room, a quiet corner for a toast), and the walk to a show or club after.
The process for you is short:
Tell us the headcount, the night, and the rough spend you are comfortable with.
We come back inside 12 hours with two or three rooms that fit, with the minimum and the all-in cost on each.
You pick. We hold it with the venue and handle the menu and the deposit.
Frequently asked questions
What is the best restaurant for a large group in Las Vegas?
For the biggest groups, 50 to 70-plus, Strip Steak. For 40 to 50 with energy, STK. For flexible rooms from 20 to 50, Bazaar Meat. The right room depends on the headcount and the vibe.
What is the best private dining room for a bachelor or bachelorette dinner?
Carbone, Nobu, and SW Steakhouse all run private dining rooms for 15 to 25, which is the bachelor and bachelorette sweet spot. Carbone is the marquee pick if we can land the date.
How much does a group dinner in Las Vegas cost?
Most large-group and private rooms run on a food-and-beverage minimum that scales with the room, the night, and the date, plus service and tax. We give you the minimum and a realistic all-in per-head before you commit.
How far in advance should I book a group dinner?
For a standard weekend, 3 to 6 weeks. For Carbone, a private room on a peak weekend, or an event weekend (F1, NYE, conventions, fights), 6 to 10 weeks. The earlier we have the date and headcount, the better the room we can hold.
Can you do a full restaurant buyout?
Yes. For the largest groups and corporate events, we arrange semi-private and full-buyout setups. For corporate programs and meetings at scale, see our corporate and MICE services.
