The Mayfair Supper Club at Bellagio opened in 2021 in the space that previously held the Hyde Bellagio nightclub, and reimagines that lakefront real estate as a Roaring 20s supper club. The room sits directly fountain-side (the entire south wall faces the Bellagio Fountains) and runs nightly live entertainment programming alongside the dinner service: jazz singers, burlesque performers, swing-band sets, and occasional surprise celebrity drop-ins.
The kitchen is intentional American supper-club fare with one foot in old Vegas and the other in the modern carving-table format.
