The Mayfair Supper Club at Bellagio opened in 2021 in the space that previously held the Hyde Bellagio nightclub, and reimagines that lakefront real estate as a Roaring 20s supper club. The room sits directly fountain-side (the entire south wall faces the Bellagio Fountains) and runs nightly live entertainment the calendar alongside the dinner service: jazz singers, burlesque performers, swing-band sets, and occasional surprise celebrity drop-ins.
The kitchen is intentional American supper-club fare with one foot in old Vegas and the other in the modern carving-table format. The Caviar Service runs traditional with mother of pearl spoons and full accompaniment. Wagyu Tartare with quail egg and black truffle. Lobster Thermidor in the half-shell with the classical Mornay sauce. Steak Diane carved tableside in a brandy cream. The Tomahawk Steak (40oz, two-person, carved tableside with bone-marrow finish). The signature dessert is the Baked Alaska flamed tableside.
The room runs in three programmed acts through the night. The 6pm and 7pm dinner seatings are quieter and food-focused. The 8:30pm and 9pm seatings get the live jazz and swing the calendar. The 10:30pm late-night seat hits burlesque territory with the dance floor opening up and the room transitioning into a club-adjacent feel by 11:30pm. The room sells dinner reservations OR dance-floor-only late-night entry separately so guests can pick the vibe.
The crowd is bachelorette parties and milestone celebrations (the room has more sparkler-and-cake moments than any other Bellagio restaurant), couples for date night, and a strong flow of large convention groups who book the private dining rooms upstairs. Reservations open 60 days in advance and Friday and Saturday primetime disappears within the first hour.
