Best Restaurants in Las Vegas 2026: The Ranked Guide
Our ranked guide to the best restaurants in Las Vegas for 2026, from Carbone and Bazaar Meat to Mother Wolf, Mizumi and Gymkhana, with our go-to orders.
Why we wrote this guide
Las Vegas is now one of the best dining cities in America, and the hardest part is no longer finding a great meal, it is choosing. This is our ranked guide to the best restaurants in Las Vegas in 2026, the rooms we send our own guests to first, weighted toward the kitchen and the experience, not the loudest name. This list is personal: it is built from the tables we actually book and eat, with a few go-to orders for each room so you know what to reach for. A couple of the biggest names in town are excellent, but we put them in the picks below, not the ranked list, and a couple of quieter rooms outrank the famous ones on the plate. Last updated September 2026.

The ranked guide
1. Carbone (Aria)

The most famous Italian-American room in America, and the hardest reservation in the city. Carbone is an event every night: tableside everything, and it earns the hype. Order the Caesar alla ZZ, the Spicy Rigatoni Vodka, the Veal Parmesan, the Chicken Scarpariello, and the Whole Branzino. See Carbone.
Best for: the marquee dinner, the table you book the trip around.
2. Bazaar Meat by Jose Andres (The Palazzo)

The most ambitious dining experience on the Strip. Jose Andres reinvents the steakhouse with live fire, a raw bar, and a sense of play you do not get at a white-tablecloth room. Any of the steaks are excellent, but the sleepers are the Caviar Cones, the cotton candy foie gras, and the Josper Roasted Leeks. See Bazaar Meat.
Best for: the adventurous group dinner, the full show.
3. Mother Wolf (Fontainebleau)

Evan Funke's Roman pasta temple, the LA hit that arrived at the Fontainebleau and immediately became the most serious pasta room in the city. Start with the sfincione and the squash blossoms with ricotta romana, work through the pizzas, and do not skip the pastas, which are the whole reason to be here. See Mother Wolf.
Best for: the serious-pasta dinner.
4. Mott 32 (The Venetian)

Top-tier Chinese in a stunning, design-forward room, and one of the best Chinese restaurants in the country. Open with the quail egg siu mai and the apple wood smoked Iberico pork, then pre-order the Peking duck, which needs to be ordered ahead to guarantee it is available at the table. See Mott 32.
Best for: the group dinner that wants something beyond the usual, and the Peking duck.
5. Mizumi (Wynn)

Wynn's refined Japanese room, with a waterfall-and-garden setting that is one of the prettiest dining rooms in the city. Go for the Hon Maguro Zukushi roll, the A5 Wagyu nigiri with golden osetra caviar, the three-week dry-aged bluefin chutoro, and the lobster tempura. See Mizumi.
Best for: a refined Japanese dinner with a view.
6. SW Steakhouse (Wynn)

Wynn's flagship steakhouse, and one of the most polished rooms on the Strip, lakeside facing the Lake of Dreams show. The short rib ravioli is a must (and very rich); the diver sea scallops and the street corn brulee are both excellent. Any steak is dealer's choice, but the 45-day dry-aged porterhouse and the white cheddar mac and cheese are meals of their own. See SW Steakhouse.
Best for: the refined steak dinner with a view.
7. Gymkhana (Aria)

The Michelin-pedigree London import, and one of the most exciting arrivals in the city: modern Indian cooking with real fire and spice, in a clubby, atmospheric room. The Tandoori Masala Lamb Chops, the Goat Methi Keema, and the Venison Biryani are the standouts, with the Wagyu Keema Naan as the go-to. See Gymkhana.
Best for: the guest who wants the bold, the spiced, the different.
8. Zuma (The Cosmopolitan)

The Vegas home of the global izakaya, and one of the most consistent kitchens in town. Order the black cod in saikyo miso wrapped in hoba leaf, the spicy beef tenderloin with sesame and red chili, the yellowtail sashimi with green chili relish, the jumbo tiger prawn with yuzu pepper dressing, and the rib eye with wafu sauce. See Zuma.
Best for: the modern Japanese group dinner that pleases everyone.
9. COTE (The Venetian)

The Korean steakhouse, on the Strip: prime and wagyu cuts grilled at your table with a run of banchan. You cannot go wrong with the Butcher's Feast, a full spread of USDA Prime and American Wagyu cooked for you with every accompaniment; the house-smoked pork belly and the A5 Miyazaki ribeye are the sleeper hits. See COTE.
Best for: the group that wants a steak dinner that is also an event, cooked at the table.
10. Carbone Riviera (Bellagio)

The Bellagio counterpart to the Aria flagship, and one of the best fountain-facing tables in the city. Where Carbone at Aria is the classic Italian-American event, Carbone Riviera leans coastal and Riviera-Italian, the same polish and service in a room built around the Bellagio fountain view. The go-tos: the lightly grilled chutoro, the Tuna Calabrese, the spicy rigatoni vodka, the two-pound lobster fettuccine, and the Dover sole. See Carbone Riviera.
Best for: the fountain-view Italian dinner with the Carbone name.
11. RPM Italian (Caesars Palace)

The Chicago import landed street-level at the Forum Shops with a sleek open-kitchen pass and a serious hand-rolled pasta program. More than a dozen pastas are cut by hand every day, anchored by the signature Mama DePandi's Bucatini Pomodoro; reach for the tableside wagyu beef tartare, the black truffle chicken Vesuvio, the Maine lobster ravioli, and the five-layer carrot cake to close. See RPM Italian.
Best for: the stylish, social Italian dinner, from a power lunch to a dressed-up group.
Honorable mentions

Toca Madera (Crystals) the high-energy modern Mexican room, more scene than the ten above but a genuinely fun, very good night out. Order the queso fundido with A5 chorizo, the A5 wagyu tacos, the Mayan prawns in chipotle mezcal butter, and the flaming Wagyu tomahawk.
Mastro's Ocean Club (Crystals) steak and seafood under the sculptural Treehouse. The Seafood Tower, the bone-in ribeye, the Japanese A5 Wagyu New York strip, and the lobster mashed potatoes, then the Warm Butter Cake, one of the best desserts in Vegas.

How the booking works
Our hosts handle the timing and coordination of reservations you may not be able to secure yourself, plus the logistics before and after if you need them: the walk to a show or club, a specific booth, a quiet corner for a proposal, a cake at the end.
The process for you is short:
Tell us the night, the group size, and the room (or the vibe and we will pick).
We come back quickly with the table, the time, and anything we can add.
You confirm. There are no deposit links for restaurants the way there are for nightlife; if a room needs anything beyond a standard request to hold a prime table, we set that expectation with you up front.
Frequently asked questions

What is the best restaurant in Las Vegas?
For the single finest meal, Joel Robuchon at MGM Grand. For the most famous scene, Carbone at Aria. The best choice depends on whether you want pure fine dining or the marquee room, so we rank by fit above.
What is the hardest dinner reservation in Las Vegas?
Carbone is the hardest table in the city on most weekends, with Mother Wolf and the marquee weekend seatings close behind. These are the rooms where booking early matters most.
How much does a top Las Vegas dinner cost?
A full dinner at a top Strip room typically runs around $150 to $400 per person with wine, and a tasting menu at Joel Robuchon runs higher as a set experience. We can give you a realistic per-head estimate for any room before you book.
What is the best restaurant for a special occasion?
Joel Robuchon for the milestone, Mizumi or SW for the refined view dinner, Delilah for the celebration that turns into the night. Tell us the occasion and we will match the room.
How far in advance should I book?
For a premium room or any weekend or event-weekend prime-time table, plan on 3 to 6 weeks; most rooms are comfortable at 2 to 3 weeks, and weeknights are often available inside a week. A few of the top rooms run a fixed 30-day booking window, where the table opens exactly 30 days out and the best times go immediately, which is exactly where we help. On event weekends (F1, NYE, big conventions), push everything earlier. We can frequently place tables the public apps show as fully booked.
