Mastro's Ocean Club at Crystals, the shopping center beside Aria that the restaurant calls the Aria Shops, is the Las Vegas location of Mastro's Ocean Club. It opened with Crystals in December 2009 and is built around the Tree House, a structure of hand-crafted mahogany beams and Sapele wood that encloses the main dining room.
The steaks run from a 6oz petite filet and a 14oz bone-in filet to the 22oz bone-in ribeye, with an Australian Wagyu tomahawk chop and Japanese A5 Wagyu New York strip at the top of the list. The Seafood Tower is the cold centerpiece for the table, and the sushi selection was developed for Mastro's by Chef Angel Carbajal of Nick-San in Cabo San Lucas. Lobster mashed potatoes are on the sides list, and the Warm Butter Cake is the dessert.
Local musicians play live every evening from 6pm to 10pm, so there is music through the heart of dinner. The dress code is smart casual to business casual, reservations are recommended on weekends, and valet runs through Crystals. Jewel Nightclub at Aria is next door for the second act.
