Mastro's Ocean Club at Crystals (the retail tower connected to Aria) is the Las Vegas chapter of the steak-and-seafood concept from Mastro's Restaurants. The room opened in 2010 in the Crystals retail atrium and is built around the now-iconic 50-foot Tree of Life centerpiece (a steel-and-glass illuminated tree sculpture that rises through the three-story open dining atrium and changes color through the night). The restaurant runs both Mastro's flagship cuts (USDA Prime steak program) and the seafood-forward menu that distinguishes Ocean Club from the Steakhouse-only locations.
