When to visit Tokyo
Tokyo runs year-round, but cherry blossom season in late March and early April and the Golden Week holidays from late April into May are the busiest weeks, and the best tables go first. Several open-air terraces are seasonal and close for the winter, while the high-floor view bars stay open all year.
