Yoroniku · Restaurant · Tokyo

Hideyuki Kuwahara's wagyu yakiniku restaurant on the basement floor of Luna Rossa in Minami-Aoyama.
Yoroniku is the wagyu yakiniku restaurant of Hideyuki "Vanne" Kuwahara, on the basement floor of the Luna Rossa building in Minami-Aoyama, about a 10-minute walk from Omotesando Station. Kuwahara, born in 1969, trained at Yakiniku Jumbo before opening Yoroniku here in 2007. It holds a Bronze in The Tabelog Award 2026 and a place in Tabelog's Grill TOKYO 100 for 2026.
The room seats 80 on a single basement floor, with private rooms in sizes from two guests up to groups of more than 30, and the restaurant can be taken over entirely for larger parties.
Kuwahara builds yakiniku into a long tasting run, and the house signature is Truffle Sukiyaki, wagyu served under a heaped portion of truffle. The fullest course pairs it with wagyu caviar sushi and a Chateaubriand rose katsu sandwich. The classic course shows the range: kimchi and namul, two kinds of beef sashimi and yukhoe, salt-grilled heart, premium tongue and outside skirt, tare-grilled lean cuts, a clear soup with honeycomb tripe, Chateaubriand and silk loin grilled rare, zabuton sukiyaki, Awa hand-stretched somen noodles, and shaved ice to finish. Cuts change with the day's market, and the drinks list covers sake, shochu, wine and cocktails.
Dinner runs nightly from 17:00 to midnight, all year, and tables are held for 150 minutes. Online bookings are made by course, and the whole table orders the same one.
Address: Luna Rossa B1F, 6-6-22 Minami-Aoyama, Minato-ku, Tokyo 107-0062, Tokyo
