Joel Robuchon is the gastronomic dining room on the second floor of the French chateau at Yebisu Garden Place in Mita, Meguro-ku, about five minutes from Ebisu Station along the covered Ebisu Skywalk. It holds three MICHELIN stars in the MICHELIN Guide Tokyo 2026. The chateau opened in October 1994, and the restaurant took its present name at the December 2004 reopening, when LA TABLE de Joel Robuchon opened on the floor below.
The dining room is finished in champagne gold and black, and service runs on trolleys for cheese and desserts. The top floor of the chateau holds three private salons for Joel Robuchon dining, and guests under ten are seated there.
Chef Kenichiro Sekiya, Meilleur Ouvrier de France 2023, leads the team carrying the founder's cooking forward. The current Menu Degustation opens with Sologne imperial caviar and crab under a crustacean jelly with cauliflower cream, then moves through a soft-boiled egg Florentine on a light Comte cream, spiny lobster with a coral jus and rosemary potatoes, and roasted veal with artichoke-filled Candele macaroni. The larger prix fixe menus are built course by course and finish with both trolleys.
Dinner runs nightly from 17:30 on weekdays and 18:00 on weekends and holidays, with last orders at 20:00. Lunch is served on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays from 11:30. Men are asked to wear a jacket or a collared shirt; a tie is not required.
