Trois Visages · Restaurant · Tokyo

A French restaurant on the ground floor of the Kumo Building in Ginza 7-chome, led by chef Ryohei Kuninaga.
Trois Visages is a French restaurant on the ground floor of the Kumo Building in Ginza 7-chome, opened in April 2022 with Ryohei Kuninaga as chef. He spent about nine years under Noboru Tani at Le Mange-Tout, then cooked at Le Charlemagne in Burgundy and Pages in Paris. The name means three faces, for the guests, staff and producers the kitchen works for, and the restaurant holds one MICHELIN star in the MICHELIN Guide Tokyo 2026.
The design aims at comfort that goes unnoticed. Walls are finished in a house blend of lime plaster and diatomaceous earth, with Yakushima cedar and Oya stone, and guests sit in chairs by Hans J. Wegner and Borge Mogensen under Poul Henningsen lamps, at tables, at the counter facing the open kitchen, or in a private room.
Each plate is built around one lead ingredient at its peak, chosen to carry the season and landscape of where it was grown. Vegetables and herbs come partly from the restaurant's own plot at Naeme farm in Kamogawa, Chiba. Dinner is the 11-dish Menu Degustation, from amuse through fish, salad, meat and consomme to two desserts. Saturday lunch, Menu Lumiere, is styled on afternoon tea: a whey salad and a main, then four desserts made at the counter.
Dinner runs Tuesday to Saturday from 18:00, with last orders at 20:00, and Saturday lunch from 12:00, with last orders at 13:00. The restaurant closes on Sundays, Mondays and national holidays.
