Cycle by Mauro Colagreco · Restaurant · Tokyo

Mauro Colagreco's Tokyo restaurant on the 1st floor of Otemachi One, one MICHELIN star in the 2026 guide.
Cycle by Mauro Colagreco is the Tokyo restaurant of the Argentine chef behind Mirazur on the French Riviera, on the 1st floor of Otemachi One in Otemachi. It holds one MICHELIN star in the MICHELIN Guide Tokyo 2026. The name is the idea it cooks around: nature as a constant cycle, a seasonal menu that follows the life of plants, zero-waste recipes, forgotten heirloom products and ingredients drawn mostly from Japan.
Chef Yuhei Miyamoto, born in Chiba in 1988, worked his way up from apprentice to sous chef over more than four years at Mirazur before returning home to open Cycle with Colagreco, his mentor. The dining room seats 47, and one private room takes up to six guests.
Every menu opens with tapas. Nature, served at weekend lunch, runs to three dishes; Symbiose to five; and Inspiration to six dishes and two desserts, including a caviar and beet carpaccio. Any menu can be adapted to vegetarian when booking. The Opulence pairing matches premium wines to the courses, and Fluidite is a non-alcoholic pairing of house-made kombucha, infusions and tea, built by a sommelier team that includes a biology specialist.
Dinner is served Tuesday to Sunday, from 5 pm on weekdays and 6 pm at weekends, with last orders at 8 pm, and lunch runs on weekends and holidays with last orders at 1 pm. The restaurant closes on Mondays. The whole table orders the same course, and the dress code is smart casual.
