Starlight · Rooftop Bar · Tokyo

An indoor bar and lounge on the 41st floor of The Okura Tokyo, with panoramic views over Minato.
Starlight is the bar and lounge on the 41st floor of the Prestige Tower at The Okura Tokyo in Toranomon, the top floor of a hotel that opened as Hotel Okura in 1962 and was rebuilt in 2019. It is an indoor room built around panoramic views over Minato, with landmarks visible out to Tokyo Bay and the lights of Toranomon and Shinjuku after sunset.
Low lighting keeps attention on the skyline. Guests choose between seats at the bar, lounge tables set for the view, and the Chef's Table, a private room with its own kitchen where a personal chef cooks for one group a day. A second private room, Venus, takes up to 20 guests.
The Champagne list opens with Pommery Brut Okura Aging, from the hotel's own cellar in the Pommery caves, and runs to Krug Grand Cuvee by the glass. House cocktails include the Starlight Cosmopolitan with Grey Goose Citron and yuzu, and the Starlight Fizz with KI NO BI Kyoto gin, Dassai umeshu and shiso, alongside Okura classics such as the martini and Manhattan. Food runs to comfort dishes: beef ragout tagliolini, an Okura beef steak sandwich, truffle fries and souffle Grand Marnier.
Starlight opens at 14:00 on weekdays and 11:30 on weekends and national holidays, closing at midnight, with afternoon tea by day and a lunch course on weekends. Dress is smart casual, with no sandals, sleeveless shirts for men, or hats.
Address: The Okura Prestige Tower 41F, 2-10-4 Toranomon, Minato-ku, Tokyo 105-0001, Tokyo
