Stellar Garden, in full Sky Bar and Dining Stellar Garden, occupies the 33rd floor of The Prince Park Tower Tokyo in Shibakoen, the hotel's top floor, a short distance from Tokyo Tower. It combines an 84-seat bar area facing the tower with a 116-seat dining area, and both are indoor rooms set behind the top-floor windows.
The tower view belongs to the bar area, and its tower-facing seats are sold as plans. The Platinum Seat Plan guarantees a specialty seat for two looking straight at Tokyo Tower, and the Luminous Tower Plan pairs a guaranteed tower view with a bottle of Taittinger Prelude Grand Cru, served in a glass holder lit in the color of the guest's choice. The dining area offers window seats over the night view of the city.
Chef Ryo Motegi, whose record includes awards at international competitions, cooks set courses and a la carte for the dining area. The bar pours cocktails its bartenders take pride in and a wine list chosen by the sommelier, and the Twilight Plan pairs two hours of free-flowing cocktails, beer, wine and mocktails with a plate of bite-size tapas from the kitchen. Afternoon tea is served in the bar area from noon.
The bar area serves tea from noon to 4:30 pm and drinks from 5:00 pm to 1:00 am, with last drink orders at 12:30 am, and the dining area serves dinner from 5:00 pm to 10:00 pm. From 5:00 pm the bar area admits guests aged 18 and over. Bar-area seats are reserved through plans, booked by the day before.
