Bvlgari Ginza Bar · Rooftop Bar · Tokyo

The cocktail bar on the 10th floor of Bvlgari Ginza Tower, built around the Proverbi menu.
Bvlgari Ginza Bar is the cocktail bar on the 10th floor of Bvlgari Ginza Tower at 2-7-12 Ginza. Bvlgari opened the tower in 2007 and wrapped it in a 56-meter glass facade conceived as an outsized jewel box. The upper floors stack the house's dining and drinking rooms: private dining on the eighth floor, Bvlgari Ginza Cafe on the ninth, the bar on the tenth and the seasonal La Terrazza terrace on the eleventh.
The bar is an indoor room where Italian marble is set against Japanese craftsmanship, and the house describes the whole offer as a dialogue between Italian boldness and Japanese artistry. Cocktails lead, with an extensive wine list and bar bites behind them.
The center of the menu is Proverbi, a collection of ten cocktails and four mocktails, each inspired by an Italian saying and reworked through flavor, color and texture. Around it sit I Piu Amati, a selection of the bar's most loved signatures, a seasonal cocktail list built on Japanese ingredients, a set of classics for purists and a separate run of mocktails. Food orders close at 22:00 from Sunday to Wednesday and at 23:00 from Thursday to Saturday.
The bar opens at 17:00 every night and runs until 23:00 Sunday through Wednesday and until 1:00 Thursday through Saturday, with last drink orders half an hour before closing. Smart casual dress applies on every floor of the building.
