Les Saisons · Restaurant · Tokyo

Thierry Voisin's French dining room on the mezzanine floor of Imperial Hotel Tokyo's Main Building.
Les Saisons is the fine French restaurant of Imperial Hotel Tokyo, on the mezzanine floor of the hotel's Main Building in Uchisaiwaicho. It holds one MICHELIN star in the MICHELIN Guide Tokyo 2026. Chef Thierry Voisin, born in Tours, has run the kitchen since 2005, after years under Gerard Boyer at Les Crayeres in Reims, where he rose to chef.
The 94-seat room was designed by the French designer Francois Le Grix, and the guide describes the setting as classical yet modern. Four private rooms, named for the four seasons, take groups from two up to 20 guests.
The name points to the cooking: each menu follows the ingredients of the season, built on a classical French base with Japanese produce. Le Menu de Thierry is the chef's seasonal tasting course at lunch and dinner, with shorter lunch courses and an a la carte menu alongside. The signature is a truffle pastry Voisin learned from Boyer, a whole truffle coated in foie gras and baked inside pastry, finished with a sauce poured as the knife goes in. A vegan omakase course carries a plant-based version of the same black truffle pie. The glass list runs from Champagne to a Corton Les Renardes from Burgundy, backed by a wider bottle selection.
Lunch runs from 11:30, with last orders at 13:30, and dinner from 17:30, with last orders at 20:30, every day. Men are asked to wear a jacket at lunch and dinner, though a collared shirt is accepted at lunch from June to September.
Address: Imperial Hotel Tokyo, Main Building Mezzanine Floor, 1-1-1 Uchisaiwaicho, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo 100-8558, Tokyo
