Papi Steak opened at Fontainebleau Las Vegas in December 2023, the first expansion of the steakhouse from Miami Beach's South of Fifth neighborhood. It sits across from the Theater and the Promenade Food Hall, behind a signature arched tunnel, and it pairs Golden Era Hollywood glamour with modern spectacle: velvet booths, magnum champagne service and DJ talent every night, with live entertainment starting as early as 6pm.
The house signature is the Papi Steak, a 32oz glatt kosher tomahawk brushed with Papi's secret sauce. The Beef Case, a 55oz Australian Wagyu tomahawk, is the showpiece, and the restaurant asks guests to inquire about it. The rest of the menu runs from a Japanese A5 Wagyu sampler of Oukagyu cuts and a dry-aged boneless ribeye to Wagyu Pastrami, latkes, roasted bone marrow with beef cheek, and golden osetra caviar service.
The main dining room seats 100, and the bar suits a cocktail before the reservation or a celebration that runs until close. Groups can take the private dining room for 20 or buy out the whole restaurant for up to 168 guests. After dinner, LIV Nightclub is on the same property for the second act.
