Bottled Blonde opened in June 2025 in the Grand Bazaar Shops, sitting in front of Horseshoe Las Vegas on the Strip next to Ole Red. It is a $50 million, three-story build: a main bar and full kitchen at street level, and an open-air rooftop bar with bottle service, DJs and views of the Bellagio fountains on the third floor.
The main room opens late morning, with big screens for game days and a full band on stage every night working through classic rock, pop anthems and sing-along favorites. The kitchen serves until midnight, so groups eat in the building: burgers, wings, ribs and pizzas, with cocktails by the glass or the tower. The main floor turns 21 and over after 10pm.
When the sun sets, the DJs take over. The rooftop is 21 and over and opens at 5pm, with Sunset Sessions Thursday through Saturday from 6 to 9pm, Latin Night on Thursdays and DJ sets on weekends, mixing top 40, EDM, country mash-ups and throwbacks. Downstairs, DJs spin top 40 and mashups on Wednesday and Friday nights.
