Bottled Blonde runs two lives out of one space on Old Town Scottsdale's Indian Plaza, in the entertainment district: a bar and beer garden by day, with pizza, craft beer, and signature cocktails on a spacious open-air patio, and a full nightlife room after dark, with DJs, bottle service, and a packed dance floor.
The kitchen leans on pizza and pub favorites: 10-inch pies such as the Margherita with burrata and The Forager with roasted mushrooms and truffle oil, Rigatoni Vodka, the Scottsdale Blonde Burger, and Tony Siragusa pepperoni pizza rolls. The bar pours local drafts like Papago Orange Blossom and Four Peaks Wow Wheat, frozen Desert Breeze margaritas, and Ketel One mega mules to share, and weekend brunch brings Butterfinger French toast and breakfast burritos.
The doors open at 3pm Monday through Friday and at 9am on Saturday and Sunday, when brunch runs until 3pm, and every night runs until 2am, with the kitchen serving until 10pm.
