WM Phoenix Open Scottsdale 2027: Restaurants and Nightclub Guide
WM Phoenix Open (Feb 4 to 10, 2027) at TPC Scottsdale draws 700K+ to the most-watched PGA tour stop. The hardest Scottsdale dining and nightclub week.
WM Phoenix Open Scottsdale 2027: restaurants, nightclub tables, and the most-watched PGA stop
The Waste Management Phoenix Open runs February 4 to 10, 2027, at TPC Scottsdale. It draws 700,000+ in-person attendees to the most-watched, highest-attended PGA Tour stop of the year. The signature 16th hole stadium produces the loudest crowd in golf. The week itself produces the most concentrated booking-density Scottsdale week of the entire year. The peak days are Thursday through Sunday of tournament week. The corporate suites, the brand hospitality tents, the high-net-worth Phoenix-Scottsdale resident crowd, and the visiting golf-tour crowd all spill into Old Town Scottsdale plus Kierland from 6 PM through 2 AM. Dinner tables at Toca Madera, Maple and Ash and Mastro's City Hall book through each restaurant's own page, and our Scottsdale partner arranges the tables at the Bottled Blonde / Casa Amigos / Riot House late nightclub circuit.
Dining anchors for tournament week
Toca Madera Scottsdale is the most-booked premium Mexican dining table of tournament week. The modern-Mexican format that converts straight from dinner into the Casa Amigos or Bottled Blonde late pivot. Books 4 weeks out for the Friday and Saturday seatings. Maple and Ash runs a premium steakhouse format. The corporate-account anchor for the brand-hospitality crowd. Mastro's City Hall runs the heritage Scottsdale steakhouse format that captures the older-money tour-crowd dinner.
Olive and Ivy at Scottsdale Waterfront runs the Mediterranean small-plates dinner format for the slower group. Cafe Monarch is the Old Town premium fine-dining option, built around a four-course prix-fixe with an eight-course tasting available. The refined alternative for the expense-account crowd. Sumo Maya runs the Asian-Mexican fusion format with the long bar that pivots from dinner into late drinks.
Nightclub and day-bar pivot
Bottled Blonde Scottsdale is the highest-volume Scottsdale nightclub for tournament week. The brunch-into-late format that captures the post-round daypartner crowd. Bottle-service tables book 3 to 4 weeks out for Friday and Saturday during Phoenix Open. Casa Amigos is the modern Mexican-themed nightclub anchor for the post-Toca Madera pivot. Riot House runs the high-energy multi-floor format with the post-Maple and Ash crowd.
Whiskey Row runs the country-rock saloon format that draws the visiting golf-tour crowd. The Dierks Bentley-affiliated venue with live music. Pretty Please runs the design-led intimate-format alternative. Clubhouse at Maya anchors the dayclub-to-nightclub format at the Maya Day + Night complex.
The 16th hole and the corporate hospitality overlap
The Phoenix Open's famous 16th hole stadium is the loudest, most-bet-on hole in golf. The surrounding skybox plus corporate hospitality tent buildouts produce a Thursday-through-Sunday surge of high-net-worth plus sponsor plus agency crowd routing from the course back to Old Town Scottsdale around 5 to 6 PM each day. Book the early dinner reservation directly with the restaurant (5:30 to 6:30 PM seating catches the post-round crowd), then pair it with the late nightclub pivot our Scottsdale partner arranges (10 PM Bottled Blonde, Casa Amigos, Riot House booth tier).
Booking during tournament week
A peak Phoenix Open week: Wednesday Pro-Am dinner at Mastro's City Hall, Thursday round-1 plus Toca Madera plus Casa Amigos late, Friday round-2 plus Maple and Ash plus Riot House, Saturday round-3 plus Olive and Ivy or Cafe Monarch plus Bottled Blonde plus Whiskey Row, Sunday Final Round plus Sumo Maya plus slower premium evening. Each restaurant's page has its booking link, and our Scottsdale partner handles the nightclub tables. Toca Madera Friday and Saturday during Phoenix Open are the single hardest premium reservations of the Scottsdale year. For the Bottled Blonde booking specifically, the brunch-into-late format that captures the post-round crowd on Saturday, tell our Scottsdale partner the night and group size early.
The cross-link to Las Vegas and the golf-tour calendar
Phoenix Open weekend overlaps the broader PGA TOUR West Coast Swing. The tour-and-suite crowd often routes through Las Vegas en route to Scottsdale.
The booking windows that matter
Toca Madera, Maple and Ash, Mastro's City Hall Friday and Saturday during Phoenix Open: 4 weeks out for confirmed seating. Bottled Blonde, Casa Amigos, Riot House Saturday tables: 3 to 4 weeks out. Cafe Monarch, Olive and Ivy: 3 weeks out. Pro-Am Wednesday early-evening dinner: 4 weeks out. This is the sponsor-and-agency dinner-density night. Sunday final-round late dinner: 3 weeks out.
How to book your week
Submit the reservation form on this page with your dates, party size, and which tournament days you're working around (corporate-suite vs. general-attendance vs. Pro-Am) to line up the nightclub tables.
