Dierks Bentley's Whiskey Row is a country bar and live music venue on Saddlebag Trail in Old Town Scottsdale, 21 and over at all times. Weekends open at 11 am for brunch, and by night the stage and dance floor take over, with line dancing, live music on weekends and the party running until 2 am Thursday through Sunday.
The kitchen is Southern-inspired: a Southern nacho with BBQ chicken and whiskey cheese, a giant Bavarian pretzel, bourbon glazed wings, smashed sliders, a Nashville hot chicken sandwich, a Tennessee steak melt and an Arizona cheesesteak burrito. Signature cocktails include Dierks' Lemonade with Row 94 bourbon, Dierks' Backstage Marg and the Same Ol' Fashioned, and the whiskey menu covers bourbon, rye, Scotch, Irish and Canadian pours from Buffalo Trace to Johnnie Walker Blue.
Happy hour runs Wednesday through Friday until 7 pm, with half-off appetizers, $5 sliders, 25% off wells, brewmaster cocktails and domestic beers, and $10 glasses of wine. In football season the screens belong to Nebraska Huskers and Denver Broncos watch parties. Hours are Wednesday 5 pm to midnight, Thursday 5 pm to 2 am, Friday 4 pm to 2 am, and Saturday and Sunday 11 am to 2 am. VIP tables come with a reserved spot close to the action, table-side service, bottle presentations and skip-the-line entry.
