Vegas NYE 2026: Who Is Playing and Where to Eat First
Five of the Las Vegas nightclubs have announced their New Year's talent for 2026 - Tiesto, Steve Aoki, TYGA, DJ Pauly D and Ying Yang Twins. Who is playing where, and the restaurant to book first at each property.
Vegas NYE 2026: who is playing, and where to eat first
New Year's Eve 2026 falls on a Thursday. Five of the Las Vegas nightclubs have announced their New Year's talent, and now that the talent is identified the venues have begun taking reservations. Tiesto is the biggest artist announced for the 31st so far, so LIV will take the lion's share of the early bookings.
One thing shapes the whole night more than anything else: the central Strip closes to vehicle traffic on the 31st, roughly from Tropicana up to the Wynn. A dinner reservation that looks fine on a map in October becomes a long walk through a closed boulevard in the cold once you are actually doing it. Every pairing below keeps dinner and the club on the same property for that reason.

LIV at Fontainebleau - Tiesto

Tiesto has closed out New Year's in this city more times than most artists working today. LIV is also the newest of the big rooms, so most people booking it have not been inside yet. Ask about the tiers before you choose one.
Dinner first at: Mother Wolf for Roman pasta, Papi Steak if the table wants some theatre with the beef, Komodo for a longer Asian-leaning dinner that holds a big group, or Don's Prime for the quieter steakhouse of the four. All four are inside Fontainebleau, so the walk to LIV is an escalator.
Omnia at Caesars Palace - Steve Aoki

Aoki and Omnia is a pairing this city has run before and it works. The room is the main floor and balcony under the kinetic chandelier, plus the rooftop terrace. The terrace does not look at the Bellagio fountains, but it has one of the better views in town for the midnight fireworks. Bring a jacket. December on an open terrace at 11pm is cold, and people forget that every year.
Dinner first at: Nobu at Caesars Palace is the shortest walk. RPM Italian is the better room if the group wants a real sit-down dinner rather than a quick one. Peter Luger if the table came for steak and nothing else.
Hakkasan at MGM Grand - TYGA

Hakkasan runs its main club across the fourth and fifth floors, and TYGA puts hip-hop in the main room for the night.
Dinner first at: Hakkasan Restaurant sits downstairs in the same building, which makes the move to the club simple. Joel Robuchon is the other end of the spectrum and the better choice if dinner is the main event of your night.
Marquee at Cosmopolitan - DJ Pauly D

Marquee does not get the fountain view, but it sits high enough on the south-facing side to have a real line on the fireworks. Pauly D knows this room and this crowd.
Dinner first at: Beauty & Essex for a party of six or more, Scarpetta for Italian with the fountains outside, STK for a steakhouse that already runs a DJ, or Zuma for a sharing format. All of them are inside Cosmopolitan and Marquee is upstairs.
Tao at Venetian - Ying Yang Twins

Ying Yang Twins is one of two hip-hop bookings on the 31st, alongside TYGA at Hakkasan. If that is the music your table wants at midnight, you have a choice of rooms this year.
Dinner first at: Tao Asian Bistro sits directly below the nightclub, so the transition is seamless. Wakuda for Japanese from Tetsuya Wakuda, whose Singapore room holds two Michelin stars, and a short walk over. LAVO for sexy Italian with a Strip view. Mott 32 if soup dumplings and Peking duck before the club is what you are after.
XS and Zouk

XS at Encore reopens November 4 with a rebuilt main room and has not put up a New Year's name yet. It books at the top of the market for this date. If you want the Wynn side of the Strip, tell us now and we will take the name to you when it lands. SW Steakhouse and Mizumi are the dinners that pair with it, both a short indoor walk.
Zouk at Resorts World has not announced either. Carversteak and Fuhu are the worthwhile on-property dinners, and Resorts World sits at the north end, away from the worst of the pedestrian crush.
The 30th as a value night
December 30 is not a better night out than New Year's Eve, but it is a value night on the way to it. DJ Franzen plays Hakkasan, Marquee runs Lowkey in the Library, and On The Record has its Wednesday, all at ordinary pricing in rooms that are busy without being impassable. If a mainstream name gets added to the 30th before New Year's, we will flag it to you.
What it costs
Most premium Strip restaurants move to a prix-fixe menu on the 31st, usually four to seven courses, and it is a real step up from a normal night. Confirm the per-person figure before you commit, because a six-top is where that surprise gets expensive. Champagne pairings are normally optional rather than built in.
Nightclub tables carry their own minimums on the 31st, well above a normal Thursday, and they change by room, by tier, and by how close the table sits to the DJ. We confirm the tier, the minimum and what it includes before you put anything down.
Book the dinner, then build the night around it

The premium restaurant seatings go first on New Year's Eve, and the top club tables follow. So start with where you want to eat, then layer in a nightclub event inside a walkable radius and make a night of it. Working the other way around is how people end up with an 8pm table twenty minutes from where they want to be at midnight.
Keeping both on the same property is the point of every pairing above. When the boulevard closes, the group riding an escalator from dinner to the club has a very different night from the group crossing three properties on foot.
How it actually gets locked in
Most restaurants take a card on file for New Year's Eve because of how often people cancel that night, and clubs generally want a 20 percent deposit to hold a table. Neither is unusual for the date, but both surprise people who have only booked Vegas on a normal weekend.
Tell us the property you are staying at, your party size, and whether the night leans dinner or club. We come back with live availability and a real quote, including which table tier makes sense for your group rather than the one that looks best on a floor plan. For groups already in town adjusting plans on the 30th or 31st, message us on WhatsApp for a direct line.
