LAVO Italian Restaurant at The Palazzo Las Vegas is Tao Group's signature Italian dining room and one of the highest-revenue restaurants on the Strip. The two-story venue combines a downstairs dining room with theatrical wood-fired oven sight lines and an upstairs lounge that converts into a late-night party space on Friday and Saturday nights.
