Best Brunch in Las Vegas 2026-27: Party Brunch and Sit-Down Tables
Las Vegas brunch is two products: the Saturday party brunch at LAVO, which runs October through March, and the dining rooms that open a proper daytime table at the weekend. Days, hours and formats for the 2026-27 season.
Brunch in Las Vegas is two products under one word, and knowing which you booked matters more than the menu does. One is the party brunch: a live DJ, bottle service and a crowd that stays on past the plates. The other is a proper daytime table, a dinner room running a weekend service, so you get the same kitchen at a fraction of a Saturday night's volume.
The calendar decides more than people expect. LAVO Party Brunch is a Saturday product that runs October through March, so the 2026-27 window opens next month and holds until spring. Marquee Dayclub covers the same months from the other side, because the Dome goes up over the pool in mid-October.
Days and hours below are as the venues run them. Last updated September 2026.
The party brunch
One room owns this, and it owns it on Saturdays in winter.
LAVO Italian at Palazzo

LAVO Italian runs Endless Brunch on Saturday and Sunday from 10am to 2pm, an endless a la carte menu rather than a buffet line, served across the lounge, the dining room and the terrace over the Strip. From October through March, Saturdays become LAVO Party Brunch: a live DJ, bottle service and dancing that runs long past the reservation. Saturday in season is the party; Sunday runs Endless Brunch without the switch. The room in The Palazzo tower takes its cues from the bath houses of Southern Italy, and the kitchen's signature is The Meatball, a full pound of imperial wagyu, sausage and veal with marinara and whipped ricotta. LAVO does not open again until 4pm, so brunch has the daytime to itself.
A proper daytime table
Seven rooms, and the day and the hour separate them.
Hakkasan Restaurant at MGM

Hakkasan Restaurant serves the Endless Dim Sum Brunch from 10:30am on Saturdays and Sundays, in the Cantonese dining room at the base of the Hakkasan building at MGM Grand. Latticed screens known as the Cage divide the room, and the main bar is lit in Hakkasan's signature blue. Order the Hakka Basket, the shumai and the Wagyu Beef Pumpkin Puff. The dress code is smart and elegant.
Mott 32 at Palazzo

Mott 32 runs Brunch 32 Limitless on Saturday and Sunday from 10:30am to 2:30pm, on the Palazzo casino floor. It opened in December 2018 as the first Mott 32 in the United States, cooking Cantonese with Beijing and Szechuan influences. The dim sum order is the soft quail egg siu mai with Iberico pork and black truffle. One thing to plan around: the Apple Wood Roasted 42 Days Peking Duck is pre-order only, recommended for three to four guests and served tableside with steamed pancakes, scallions and house-made hoisin, so a brunch table that wants it says so in advance.
TAO Asian Bistro at Venetian

TAO Asian Bistro is the Sunday-only one, and the closest thing here to the buffet brunch Las Vegas is known for. The Endless Buffet Brunch runs 10:30am to 2:30pm with sushi, dim sum and a dessert bar, in a room built for a scene: a 20-foot Buddha over the two-level dining room and a koi-filled infinity pool. TAO has been on Level 2 of the Grand Canal Shoppes since 2005, and bachelorette weekends and large groups are the natural fit. Saturday is dinner only.
STK at The Cosmopolitan

STK serves brunch on Saturday and Sunday, doors at 10am on both days against an 11am weekday open. It is a steakhouse with live DJs, and the daytime service puts you in that room before the volume comes up. From the menu: Lil' Brgs, the wagyu sliders with special sauce, Truffle Fries, and STK Donuts with maple glaze. Happy Hour follows daily from 2:30pm to 5:30pm in the bar and bistro.
Fuhu at Resorts World

Fuhu is Saturday only, 10am to 2pm, and the brunch menu adds a dim sum basket, matcha mochi pancakes and duck and waffle to the contemporary Asian list. It is the whole daytime week here, since the restaurant is dark on Sunday and Monday, so Fuhu gets planned around rather than dropped into. It sits in The District at Resorts World, with an indoor-outdoor dining room that opens onto a patio. Dress is business casual.
Toca Madera at Crystals

Toca Madera has the widest window here: brunch runs Friday through Sunday from 10am, three days rather than two, which answers a group landing on a Friday morning. It opened in 2022 inside The Shops at Crystals, steps from ARIA, cooking bold modern Mexican food in a room of custom woodwork and fire elements, with indoor trees beside an open kitchen. Queso fundido with A5 chorizo and crispy wonton tacos of A5 Wagyu or tuna and caviar open the table, and the Mayan prawns come in chipotle mezcal butter.
BOA Steakhouse at Palazzo

BOA Steakhouse starts later than anything else here: brunch runs Saturday and Sunday from 11:30am to 3pm, which suits a table not getting up early. BOA opened on October 17, 2025 on level 2 of the Grand Canal Shoppes in the Palazzo tower, more than a dozen years after the Los Angeles steakhouse closed at the Forum Shops. The menu centers on Creekstone Farms steaks, a 15-day dry-aged bone-in ribeye and tomahawk among them, with Japanese A5 Wagyu by the ounce and the Caesar salad prepared tableside. Stylish attire is asked for, no athletic wear or beachwear.
Marquee Dayclub at Cosmopolitan

If you want a pool rather than a table, Marquee Dayclub is the one that still works through the months this guide covers. In mid-October the Dome goes up: a climate-controlled enclosure 50 feet tall and 23,000 square feet, raised over the pool and sealed against the weather so the parties carry on into winter. That is what separates this deck from the others on the Strip in January. The 22,000-square-foot rooftop deck at The Cosmopolitan has two pools, the grand cabanas have their own dipping pools, and doors open at 11am. Reservable areas run from daybeds up through the cabanas and the grand cabanas, each carrying a food and beverage minimum, with tax, venue fee and gratuity on top.
