STK at The Cosmopolitan is a steakhouse with live DJs, built so that dinner feels like part of the night out. The menu pairs signature steaks and wagyu with Surf and Turf, fresh seafood and cocktails, and the energy is higher than a classic steakhouse and lower than a club. It is the room for a date that wants both.
Steaks come in small, medium and large cuts. The small side has a 6oz filet and an 8oz Wagyu Flat Iron, the medium list runs through the 14oz Bone-in Filet, a Dry-Aged Delmonico and an 18oz Dry-Aged Bone-in Strip, and the large cuts are a 34oz Bone-in Ribeye and a 28oz Dry-Aged Porterhouse. Lil' Brgs, wagyu sliders with special sauce, open the meal, the Truffle Fries come with parmesan, and STK Donuts with maple glaze and candied pecans close it.
STK is open every day. Lunch runs on weekdays, brunch is served on Saturday and Sunday, and Happy Hour runs daily from 2:30pm to 5:30pm in the bar and bistro. Steak Night, a three-course dinner, runs Sunday through Thursday in the late afternoon and again from 10pm. The room closes at 11pm Sunday through Thursday and at midnight on Friday and Saturday, and private dining suites can be combined for larger groups.
