Mexican Independence Weekend Las Vegas 2026
Mexican Independence falls midweek in 2026, so Las Vegas runs it twice: the September 11 to 13 weekend carries Chencho Corleone and Farruko, while the holiday nights of the 15th and 16th are the value play.
Mexican Independence Weekend Las Vegas 2026: the Latin bills, the tables, and how the week actually runs
Mexican Independence falls on Tuesday, September 15 and Wednesday, September 16, 2026, with El Grito on the night of the 15th. Because the holiday lands midweek, Las Vegas runs it across two separate windows: the weekend of September 11 to 13, which carries the heavy programming, and the actual holiday nights of the 15th and 16th, which are quieter and easier.

This is one of the strongest Latin weekends on the Vegas calendar and it is consistently underestimated by people who only track the EDM residencies. The 2026 bills are already confirmed, and they are serious.
The weekend of September 11 to 13
Saturday, September 12
The biggest night of the window.
Hakkasan Nightclub at MGM has Chencho Corleone, which is the marquee Latin booking of the weekend and one of the largest reggaeton draws working. Zouk at Resorts World has Hermanos Espinoza on the regional Mexican side. Ayu Dayclub at Resorts World runs Vibraza featuring Bolo and Friends during the day.

Alongside them the room-scale dance bills are also at full strength: Encore Beach Club with The Chainsmokers, Marquee Nightclub at Cosmopolitan with Mustard, Omnia at Caesars with Alesso, Omnia Dayclub at Caesars with Tiesto, Tao Beach at Venetian with Martin Garrix, and Palm Tree Beach Club at MGM with Kygo.
Sunday, September 13

Sunday is the Latin day, and it is the one to plan around.
Omnia at Caesars has Farruko. LIV Beach at Fontainebleau runs Reggaeton Landia through the afternoon. Palm Tree Beach Club at MGM has a Street Mob takeover, and Encore Beach Club closes the pool day with Marshmello.
If you are choosing a single day of this weekend for the Latin programming specifically, Sunday the 13th is it.
Friday, September 11
Omnia at Caesars has Martin Garrix, Hakkasan Nightclub at MGM has BigXthaPlug, Encore Beach Club has Diplo, and Zouk at Resorts World runs Dynamiqo with a special guest.
Across all three days Omnia Dayclub at Caesars runs its Sala de Despecho party, which is the most consistently Latin-programmed daytime slot of the weekend.
The holiday nights themselves: September 15 and 16

El Grito falls on Tuesday night. Vegas does not shut down midweek, but the programming thins considerably: Omnia at Caesars has Justin Credible on the 15th, and on Wednesday the 16th Marquee Nightclub at Cosmopolitan runs Close Friends Only, Hakkasan Nightclub at MGM has DJ Franzen, and EBC at Night has Nyjah.
The trade-off is straightforward. The weekend has the bills; the holiday nights have the availability. If the point of the trip is the holiday rather than the lineup, the 15th and 16th are dramatically easier to book and considerably cheaper.
Where to eat
Las Vegas has a genuinely good Mexican restaurant set, and this is the weekend it earns its place.

Toca Madera at Crystals at Crystals is the one that fits this weekend best: modern Mexican, a room that runs at nightclub volume, and a mezcal and tequila program built for a table that intends to stay a while.
Casa Playa at Encore at Encore is the coastal Mexican counterpart and the more composed of the two, which makes it the better call for a group that wants an actual dinner before the night starts.
Cantina Contramar at Fontainebleau at Fontainebleau is the Mexico City import, and the seafood is the reason to go. It is the most food-first of the three and the one to book if the meal matters more than the room.
For a group that wants Latin energy without a Mexican menu specifically, Komodo at Fontainebleau at Fontainebleau and Catch at Aria at Aria both run loud and late enough to work as the first half of the night.
How to plan it
- The weekend of the 11th to 13th is where the programming is. Sunday the 13th is the strongest Latin day.
- The holiday nights of the 15th and 16th are the value play. Fewer bills, far better access.
- Book dinner and the club as one plan. The Mexican rooms above fill on this specific weekend in a way they do not the rest of September.
- Pool season is still running in mid-September, so the dayclub bills matter as much as the nightclubs. Reggaeton Landia and Sala de Despecho are daytime parties.
