The sexy Miami outpost comes to Fontainebleau Las Vegas
Komodo at Resorts World is restaurateur David Grutman's Las Vegas chapter of the Miami original (opened in Brickell in 2015 and one of South Florida's consistently top-grossing restaurants). The Vegas room opened with Resorts World in summer 2021 and runs the same Southeast Asian and Pan-Asian menu identity Grutman built around in Miami: bold flavor, oversized portions, a vivid Indonesian-inspired interior, and a kitchen that is intentionally photogenic.
