Toca Madera at Crystals (the Aria-adjacent retail tower) is the Las Vegas chapter of restaurateur Tosh Berman's Los Angeles original on Melrose. The Vegas room opened in 2023 inside the Crystals atrium with a direct walkway into Aria's casino floor, and the kitchen runs the same modern Mexican identity that made the West Hollywood original a fixture on Beverly Hills and tech-money calendars: Mexican fine-dining technique, agave-led cocktails, tableside guacamole and tableside flame service, and a room that is intentionally built around an oversized centerpiece tree.
