Toca Madera opened in 2022 inside The Shops at Crystals, steps from ARIA on the Strip. The kitchen cooks bold, modern Mexican food with sustainable and organic ingredients, and the room is built from arabesque accents, custom woodwork and fire elements, with indoor trees in the main dining room beside an open kitchen, an oyster bar and a bar top.
The menu runs from guacamole, queso fundido with A5 chorizo and crispy wonton tacos of A5 Wagyu or tuna and caviar, to a raw bar, a seafood tower and Mayan prawns in chipotle mezcal butter. The 40oz flaming Wagyu tomahawk is served tableside with bone marrow and chimichurri, and the Japanese A5 striploin comes as a flight of three. Cocktails lean on tequila and mezcal, from the Noble Margarita to Trial by Fire, which serves two.
The Main Lounge is 21 and over, built around a 360-degree bar with a DJ booth, and the Noble 33 Room is a speakeasy-style private room with its own bar and DJ booth, reached by a private hallway from the front entrance. Weekend brunch runs Friday through Sunday from 10am, and Toca Tuesdays bring a special menu all night. Jewel Nightclub at ARIA is close by for the rest of the night.
