BOA Steakhouse opened on October 17, 2025 on level 2 of the Grand Canal Shoppes at The Venetian, in the Palazzo tower next to Sushi Samba. It marks the steakhouse's return to the Strip more than a dozen years after it closed at the Forum Shops at Caesars, bringing the Los Angeles brand from West Hollywood, Santa Monica and Manhattan Beach back to Las Vegas.
The menu centers on Creekstone Farms steaks, including a 15-day dry-aged bone-in ribeye and a 15-day dry-aged tomahawk, alongside Westholme Australian Wagyu and Japanese A5 Wagyu from Kagoshima, Iwate and Hokkaido, sold by the ounce. The Caesar salad is prepared tableside, and the sides run to lobster mac and cheese and a twice-baked potato topped with caviar. Sauces and butters, from bearnaise to herb and truffle butter, are ordered alongside the steak.
Dinner starts at 5 p.m. nightly and runs until 10:30 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and 11:30 p.m. on Friday and Saturday. Lunch is served Friday through Sunday and brunch on Saturday and Sunday, both from 11:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. The restaurant asks for stylish attire, with no athletic wear, sleepwear, beachwear or slippers.
