Minimum spend and what it costs
From $12,000 on a Friday to $60,000 on a Thursday with a headliner. Tax, venue fee and gratuity add 38 to 43 percent on top of the minimum, depending on the gratuity you choose. A $2,000 minimum is roughly $2,800 all in.
Location
Dead center of the venue, with an upper and a lower owners option.
