The Corner Store at The Cosmopolitan · Restaurant · Las Vegas

The SoHo restaurant's first outpost, opening on the third floor of The Cosmopolitan on November 9, 2026
The Corner Store opens on the third floor of The Cosmopolitan on November 9, 2026, the first outpost of the SoHo original. It takes the space Blue Ribbon used to hold, and Rockwell Group, which drew the New York room, designed this one too.
Guests arrive past a storefront of wood-framed doors and tinted fluted glass, with amber drapery and stained-glass panels lit from behind. The main bar comes first. Off it sits a Martini Room built around a green onyx bar, and the dining room beyond takes its shape from vintage train cars, with banquettes, herringbone floors and a wall of New York photography. A private room seats up to 24 and divides into two.
Michael Vignola runs the kitchen with executive chef Daniel Bernardo. The menu reworks American standards: Lobster and Caviar Rolls, Five Cheese Pizza Rolls, the Corner Store Caesar and a Wagyu French Dip. The Butcher's Counter is particular to Las Vegas, with a Rosewood Ranch wagyu tomahawk and a wagyu porterhouse. Martinis are the signature, among them a Tomato Martini, a Sour Cream and Onion Martini, a Las Vegas version of Oli's Dirty Martini, and a large-format Martini Service poured for two to three.
Service runs Sunday through Thursday, 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM, with Friday and Saturday running later. Reservations are open now for dates from November 9.
