Hell's Kitchen at Caesars Palace · Restaurant · Las Vegas

The world's first Gordon Ramsay Hell's Kitchen, in front of Caesars Palace with red and blue show kitchens.
Hell's Kitchen at Caesars Palace was the world's first Gordon Ramsay Hell's Kitchen restaurant, and it sits right in front of the resort on the Strip. The room is built to feel like the set of the television show, with red and blue design details in the show kitchen, floor-to-ceiling windows over the Strip, two chef's tables and a contemporary bar. It seats more than 300.
The Red and Blue kitchens cook lunch and dinner every day from 11 AM, and the dishes guests come for are the ones from the show. Beef Wellington arrives medium rare in puff pastry with mushroom duxelles, potato puree, glazed root vegetables and red wine demi-glace. Pan-seared scallops sit on English pea puree with bacon lardons, a potato crisp and citrus beurre blanc, and sticky toffee pudding closes the meal under warm toffee sauce.
The three-course prix fixe puts all three together: scallops or a burrata and heirloom tomato salad to start, Beef Wellington, and sticky toffee pudding with brown butter gelato, with an optional wine pairing. At the bar, Smoke on the Blvd mixes Bulleit rye, Aperol, Amaro Ramazzotti and sweet vermouth, smoked with cherry wood.
Dress is business casual, and there is a private dining room for larger parties. Tell us the night and how many are coming, and our Las Vegas team is here to help with the reservation.
