Ocean Prime Las Vegas · Restaurant · Las Vegas

Steak and seafood over the Strip at 63 CityCenter, with a rooftop terrace and three private dining rooms.
Ocean Prime sits on the fourth floor of 63 CityCenter, on the corner of Las Vegas Boulevard and Harmon Avenue, which puts it over one of the busiest crossings on the Strip rather than inside a resort. The restaurant runs to more than 14,000 square feet with over 400 seats, three bars and a rooftop terrace of nearly 2,500 square feet.
The kitchen, led by executive chef Gino Rappa, works prime cuts of steak and seafood in the American grand-restaurant tradition, with a cocktail program and a wine list built for long tables. It is a Cameron Mitchell restaurant, a group that started in 1993 and has grown Ocean Prime to more than twenty rooms from Beverly Hills to New York, so the format is well drilled rather than experimental.
Three private dining rooms make it one of the easier Strip-adjacent rooms to book for a group, and the terrace is the draw for anyone who wants the Strip in view rather than the interior of a casino.
Weekday lunch runs Monday to Friday from 11:30 AM to 4 PM and dinner follows nightly, to 10 PM Monday through Thursday and 11 PM on Friday. Saturday opens at 3 PM for dinner and Sunday at 3 PM, both preceded by weekend brunch from noon to 3 PM.
