Las Vegas hosts more than twenty major trade shows a year across seven halls, and close to ninety per cent of that attendance lands between September and March. Our Las Vegas team books the group dinner, the private dining room and the table after your client dinners, and moves people between the hall, the restaurant and the hotel. The halls, and what is genuinely walkable from each
Las Vegas spreads its trade shows across seven buildings at opposite ends of a four-mile street, and the difference decides your evening. The Las Vegas Convention Center sits at the north end, nearest Resorts World, Wynn and Encore. Venetian Expo puts you inside the Venetian and Palazzo, which between them hold seven restaurants we book, so the shortest walk is also a genuinely good one. Mandalay Bay anchors the far south, a real drive from anything past the Cosmopolitan. Caesars Forum sits mid-Strip. MGM Grand Conference Center and the Wynn and Encore meeting space are attached to their own properties, and Westgate is next door to the convention center and nothing else. A restaurant five minutes from one hall is a forty-minute round trip from another at six in the evening.
The dinner
Las Vegas is the one city where our team holds the restaurant reservation itself rather than pointing you at an app, which is why convention dining is worth a phone call. A table for eight after a show floor closes is a different problem from a table for two. The seating times that exist at six and at ten are not the same, the best rooms near each hall are contracted to exhibitors months out, and during the biggest weeks the closest good restaurant to your booth is often already committed. After the client dinners
This is the part we do best and the part most trip plans leave to chance. Dinner ends at nine thirty and twelve people need somewhere that is not the hotel bar. Las Vegas clubs go until four, table minimums move by night and by who is playing, and during a large show the rooms nearest your hall commit first. We book tables at the rooms worth being in, and we will tell you which one suits a group that still has a booth to open at nine the next morning, because that is a different answer from the Saturday one.
Groups
Between a table and a full buyout sits the thing most convention groups actually need: a private room for thirty, a reserved section for seventy-five, a reception that does not require taking a venue over. Those are the bookings we make most during show weeks. Larger buildouts and full buyouts we will place with the right room, and the honest way to open that conversation is your budget rather than a venue name.
Getting between all of it
Transport is the most underestimated part of a convention week. AWS re:Invent alone puts sixty thousand people across Caesars Forum, the Venetian, MGM and Wynn, which is four properties and a logistics problem rather than a taxi. Add a dinner with a hard seating time and a group that has to arrive together and it stops being something to solve on the night. We coordinate the cars as part of the same booking.
The weeks that are harder than they look
Some show weeks collide with something else. The first week of November holds SEMA and AAPEX together, two hundred and ten thousand people across overlapping halls, with Halloween weekend emptying out as they arrive. Seventeen days later the Formula 1 Grand Prix closes the Strip itself and becomes the hardest reservation week of the year, trade show or not. If your show sits beside one of those, the rooms you want are contracted earlier than you would expect, and asking in September is a different conversation from asking in late October.

What is the best area to eat near the Las Vegas Convention Center?
The convention center sits at the north end of the Strip, so Resorts World, Wynn and Encore are the closest properties with rooms worth booking. Anything south of the Cosmopolitan is a drive rather than a walk, especially between four and eight in the evening.
Where should we eat if our show is at the Venetian Expo?
You may not need to leave the building. The Venetian and Palazzo hold Wakuda, Bazaar Meat, BOA Steakhouse, Estiatorio Milos, LAVO, Mott 32 and TAO Asian Bistro, all of which we book and all of which seat a group properly.
How much does a private dining room cost in Las Vegas?
It depends on the headcount, the night, whether you want the room outright or a slotted rental, and the food and beverage spend. Convention weeks price differently from ordinary ones. Tell us the budget and the headcount and we will come back with rooms that fit rather than a range that would not mean anything.
Can you arrange a venue buyout for a corporate event?
We can place a buyout with the right room, and the place to start is the budget rather than the venue. A small room for an evening and a full nightclub during a major show are four orders of magnitude apart, so the number is the first useful thing to know.
Do you handle transportation between the convention center and dinner?
Yes, and it matters more than people expect. Shows like AWS re:Invent spread across four properties at opposite ends of the Strip, and a group with a fixed dinner seating needs to arrive together. We coordinate the cars as part of the booking.
