Bar & Restaurant Expo, the show that used to be the Nightclub & Bar Show, comes to the Las Vegas Convention Center March 22 to 24, 2027. It is a trade week where the people walking the floor own and manage bars and restaurants themselves, so dinner doubles as homework. Our Las Vegas team takes care of getting the group around, the dinner reservations, and a night out in the rooms worth seeing.
A week when the operators are the guests
Most convention weeks bring clients to Las Vegas to be looked after. This one brings owners, general managers and food and beverage people, and they spend their evenings watching how other rooms do it. The show opens on Monday March 22 and closes on Wednesday the 24th. It celebrated its fortieth anniversary in 2026 and is produced by Forge, the company formerly called Questex.
Getting the timing right
The show opens on Monday March 22, and the expo hall in South Hall is open on the Tuesday and Wednesday, from 11am to 5pm and then 11am to 4pm. Most people land Sunday night. Monday and Tuesday are the two evenings to plan around, and Wednesday afternoon is when the hall heads for the airport.
Dinner near the convention center, with something to learn from
The north end of the Strip happens to hold several of the rooms operators come to look at. At Fontainebleau, Papi Steak and Komodo both have a DJ through dinner, Mother Wolf is Evan Funke's Roman kitchen, Don's Prime does tableside sole meuniere, and Cantina Contramar brings Gabriela Camara's Mexico City seafood to a chef's long table for eight. At Resorts World, Fuhu has an indoor-outdoor patio next to Zouk and Carversteak has its own whiskey room. At Wynn and Encore, Delilah is a supper club with live entertainment every night, and Casa Playa pairs house-made masa with tequila and mezcal flights.
Nights out in March
The March club calendar has not been posted yet, so there is no night-by-night list on this page. Lineups post closer to the date, and our Las Vegas events calendar is always the current version. A group of nightlife operators will have its own opinions about where to go, and our Las Vegas team will match the group to a room rather than to a name on a poster.
Hosted dinners and tastings
If you are a supplier hosting buyers, a private room does more work than a long table. Komodo's two semi-private rooms take up to thirty and up to seventy-five, Delilah seats sixty, and Carversteak's Garden room takes sixty-six. Larger receptions and buyouts we will place once we know the headcount and the budget. We book the ground transportation against the reservation, so a supplier dinner for forty arrives at the same time.
Something other than a club
Plenty of this crowd would rather see a great bar than a main room. Tell us the group and the kind of night, and we will point you to the speakeasy, the cocktail bar or the live music room that fits. For dinner and a show in one booking, The Mayfair Supper Club on the Bellagio lakefront does both every night.
