SHOT Show 2027: dinner between the Venetian and Caesars Forum

SHOT Show 2027 opens Tuesday January 19 at the Venetian Expo and Caesars Forum and closes Friday afternoon, in the same week World of Concrete fills the Las Vegas Convention Center. Industry Day at the Range comes first, on the Monday, for media invited by exhibitors. Our Las Vegas team handles the cars between the two buildings first, then the dinner reservations and a table for the nights worth going out.
A week with two trade shows in it
World of Concrete opens the same Tuesday at the Las Vegas Convention Center and closes a day before SHOT Show does. NSSF counted more than 53,000 industry professionals at the 2026 SHOT Show, and World of Concrete reported more than 47,400 registered for its own, so the third week of January carries two shows of real size at once. During the day the crowds split by building. At dinner they want the same rooms, so this week books earlier than either show would on its own.
Two buildings, and the gap between them
SHOT Show splits between the Venetian Expo and Caesars Forum, which sits behind the LINQ and Harrah's. They look close on a map and feel farther once the floor lets out at half past five. The Venetian side is easy, because the restaurants are in the building. From Caesars Forum, the nearest dinners on our list are across the Strip at Caesars Palace. If the group is split between both buildings, pick a restaurant in the middle and send a car to each door.
Arrivals, and the closing Friday
Monday is Industry Day at the Range, open only to media invited by exhibiting companies, and it falls on Martin Luther King Jr. Day, so exhibitors and buyers are flying in across a holiday weekend. The floor is open until half past five Tuesday through Thursday and closes at four on Friday. Friday is optional for most of the hall, though it is also the night with the most names on the calendar so far.
Where to eat, building by building
From the Venetian Expo, stay inside. Bazaar Meat has a private room for up to a hundred and thirty and CUT seats fifty-six in its own, BOA and COTE cover steak for a smaller table, Estiatorio Milos is the one for fish, and LAVO has a terrace over the Strip. From Caesars Forum, cross to Caesars Palace for Peter Luger, Hell's Kitchen or Nobu, or to The Forum Shops for RPM Italian. Wynn is across the street from the Palazzo if the dinner wants SW Steakhouse or PISCES on the Lake of Dreams.
Nights out, as posted so far
Most of SHOT week has not been announced yet. Wednesday has DJ Franzen at Hakkasan for the regular R&Bae night. Friday is where the names are: Fisher at Omnia inside Caesars Palace, Metro Boomin at LIV and Louis the Child at Marquee. TAO, inside the Venetian, has its own Thursday and Friday nights if the group would rather not leave the building. Groups, and a quieter way to end the night
For a distributor dinner or a brand's customer night, tell us the headcount and the budget first and we will place the room, including a full buyout if that is the brief. If a club is the wrong finish for the group, Delilah at Wynn, a short walk from the Palazzo, makes the entertainment part of dinner. We arrange the ground transportation with every booking, so two buildings never turns into two lines for taxis.
