HLTH brings roughly 12,250 people to the Venetian Expo from November 15 to 18. Sessions open on the Sunday, so most attendees and exhibitors arrive Saturday, the busiest night of the Las Vegas week. Our Las Vegas team books the dinners and the tables throughout the week.
Smaller tables, booked earlier
HLTH dinners run smaller than a trade show's. Most of what we book that week is a table for six to twelve rather than a long group table, and usually early enough to get back for an evening session. Those are the reservations that go first inside the Venetian, and the ask is normally specific: quiet enough to hold a conversation, close enough to walk back, and available at seven rather than nine. Tell us the date and the size and we will place it.
When people are actually in town
Sessions open Sunday, so most attendees and exhibitors arrive on the Saturday, the busiest night of the Las Vegas week, when every headliner is playing and nothing is available late. Sunday through Tuesday are the working evenings. The show closes Wednesday and much of the floor flies out that afternoon, so Wednesday is optional. Worth knowing: the Formula 1 Grand Prix takes over the Strip two days after HLTH ends, so anyone extending into that weekend is walking into the hardest reservation week of the year.
Where to eat from the Venetian Expo
HLTH sits inside the Venetian, so most of the week can be walked. Estiatorio Milos is the one to lead with: fish, quiet enough to talk, and it handles a table of eight without theater. Bazaar Meat and BOA cover steak, Wakuda is the room when the dinner should feel like an occasion, and Mott 32 and LAVO take a larger group. Wynn is across the street for SW Steakhouse and Delilah. A dinner for six is straightforward to place. If you want a private dining room for a larger party, tell us and we will handle it.
Taking clients out after dinner
The arrival Saturday is the heaviest night of the season, with Alesso at Omnia and Marshmello at XS, so anyone landing early has the best night of the week available to them. Sunday brings Tao and LIV at a much lower volume, which suits a client night better than a Saturday main floor does. Monday and Tuesday are the quiet end of the calendar and far easier to get a good table on short notice. Groups and buyouts
HLTH dinners run smaller than most shows, which changes the ask. The bookings we make most that week are private rooms for eight to thirty, often with a specific quiet requirement, and the occasional larger client reception. Full buyouts we will place with the right room; the budget is where that conversation starts.
If a nightclub is not the answer
If you are after something other than a club, say so. The Mayfair Supper Club turns dinner into the evening without anyone having to move. And if you would rather have a speakeasy or a live music bar, tell us the group and we are happy to steer you in the right direction and make recommendations.
