Money 20/20 2026: you land on a Saturday
October 25-28, 2026 · Venetian Expo · 13,000 attendees · Fintech and payments
Money 20/20 takes the Venetian Expo from October 25 to 28, with around 13,000 people from fintech and payments. The quirk worth knowing is the shape of the week: sessions open on a Sunday, so most people land on Saturday, which is the strongest night in Las Vegas. Our Las Vegas team books the dinners and the tables around it.
The arrival night is a Saturday, and that is unusual
Almost every trade show in Las Vegas has people arriving on a weeknight. Money 20/20 opens on a Sunday, so the room lands on Saturday, which is the single busiest night of the Las Vegas week. Every headliner is playing, every table minimum is at its highest, and nothing is available late. Handled well it is the best night of the trip; left to Saturday afternoon it is the worst. This is the one show on the calendar where the arrival night needs booking before the flights.
When people are actually in town
Saturday arrival, sessions Sunday through Wednesday, and most of the floor gone by Wednesday afternoon. That makes Sunday through Tuesday the working evenings and Wednesday optional. Sunday is quieter than the Saturday but it is not dead: Tao and LIV both run a proper Sunday, which is the exception to the usual weeknight pattern.
Where to eat from the Venetian Expo
Money 20/20 sits inside the Venetian, so the shortest walk is also the best list. Bazaar Meat and BOA cover steak, Estiatorio Milos is the room for a conversation over fish, Wakuda and Mott 32 are the ones with more energy, and LAVO takes a big table. Wynn is across the street for SW Steakhouse and Delilah. Fintech dinners tend to be twelve to thirty people with someone paying attention to the bill, and a private room is usually the better call than a long table in the middle of a busy room.
Groups and buyouts
The common ask that week is a private dining room for a client group between twenty and seventy-five, often confirmed late because the guest list moves. Rooms that hold that many during a Saturday-arrival week are a short list and they commit early, so a provisional booking you refine later is worth more than waiting. Larger activations and buyouts we will place with the right room, and the budget is the place to start.
If a nightclub is not the answer
Not everyone wants a main room, and it is worth saying so. If a club is the wrong register for the group, The Mayfair Supper Club turns dinner into the evening without anyone having to move. If you would rather have a speakeasy, a quiet cocktail room or somewhere we do not list, tell us the group and we will either hold the reservation or hand you the shortlist to take your clients around town yourself.
Where to eat, by where your day ends
Inside the Venetian and Palazzo — the shortest walk is also the best list
Across the street at Wynn — if the dinner deserves the walk
If the group wants a room to itself — private dining, and dinner that becomes the evening
