- Large group dinners - a private dining room for thirty is thirty people who all have to arrive together. One vehicle on standby beats a dozen rideshares arriving over forty minutes.
- Bachelor and bachelorette weekends - pools in the day, dinner, then a club, across two or three nights. Usually booked as hourly windows rather than fixed pickups, because groups run late.
- Small groups and couples - a town car or luxury SUV from the airport, a car for the evening, or a drop at a restaurant and a pickup after.
By group size
- 1 to 3 guests - luxury sedan or town car. Airport runs, dinner drops, a car for the evening.
- 4 to 6 guests - luxury SUV. Couples and small groups with luggage or clubs.
- 7 to 14 guests - executive van or sprinter. Dinner parties, golf groups, convention shuttles.
- 15 to 30 guests - shuttle bus or party bus. Pool-to-club nights and multi-stop weekends.
- 30 or more guests - motor coach. Convention programs and wedding guest transfers.
Pricing depends on vehicle, duration and the number of stops, and hourly hire is usually better value than separate pickups once a group has more than two or three movements in a night. Your quote comes back with the exact figure before anything is confirmed.
