AWS re:Invent 2026 runs November 30 to December 4 and spreads roughly 60,000 attendees across Caesars Forum, the Venetian, MGM Grand and Wynn, which is four properties at opposite ends of the Strip. Our Las Vegas team books the group dinners and the tables after your customer dinners, and coordinates the cars between venues, which matters more at this show than at any other on the calendar.
The show is four shows, and that is the whole problem
re:Invent does not sit in one hall. Sessions run at Caesars Forum, the Venetian, MGM Grand and Wynn, which are spread across most of the length of the Strip, and attendees move between them all week. A dinner that is a five-minute walk from your morning session can be forty minutes from your afternoon one at the wrong hour. This is the show where the transportation half of what we do stops being a convenience and becomes the thing that makes the evening work at all, particularly for a customer dinner with a fixed seating time and a group that has to arrive together.
Where to eat, by campus
Pick the room by which property you are ending the day at rather than which one you are sleeping at. From Caesars Forum, Nobu at Caesars Palace and Peter Luger are both inside the campus. From the Venetian, Wakuda is a short walk and Wynn is across the street for SW Steakhouse or Delilah. From MGM Grand you are close to the Cosmopolitan for STK and to Aria for Carbone and Catch. Carbone in particular is the enterprise customer dinner that people remember, and it is the hardest of these to get during re:Invent week, which is the argument for asking early.
After the customer dinners
This is the wheelhouse. Enterprise tech runs on the dinner that ends at nine thirty and the twelve people who then need somewhere better than a hotel bar. Omnia at Caesars is the shortest move from the Forum. Zouk at Resorts World and XS at Encore are the bigger rooms at the north end, and On The Record at Park MGM suits a group that wants somewhere to talk rather than a main room. re:Invent is also the one show on the calendar with measurable search demand for its own party circuit, which tells you how much of the week actually happens after the sessions end.
Groups, and the thing enterprise teams get wrong
The most common ask we get for a show like this is a private dining room for a customer group of twenty to seventy-five, booked late because the guest list was not final. The rooms that hold that many people during a sixty-thousand-person week are a short list and they go early, so a provisional booking with a headcount you refine later is worth far more than waiting for certainty. Larger activations and full buyouts we will place with the right room; start that conversation with a budget rather than a venue and it moves much faster.
