AWS re:Invent puts sixty thousand people across Caesars Forum, the Venetian, MGM Grand and Wynn from November 30 to December 4, which is four properties spread over most of a four-mile street. Our Las Vegas team books the customer dinners and the tables after them, and moves your group between campuses, which matters more at this show than at any other on the calendar.
One show, four buildings, and that is the whole problem
re:Invent does not sit in a hall. Sessions happen at Caesars Forum, the Venetian, MGM Grand and Wynn, and people move between all four across the week. A restaurant five minutes from your morning session can be forty from the afternoon one at the wrong hour. This is the show where transport stops being a convenience and becomes the thing that decides whether the evening works, particularly for a customer dinner with a fixed seating and a group that has to arrive together.
When people are actually in town
Most people land on the Sunday. Sessions start Monday, so Sunday night is a real evening in town that almost nobody books anything for, and it is the easiest night of the week to get a good table. The last sessions are Friday and most of the crowd flies home that day, so Friday is optional and Monday through Thursday is where the week actually happens.
Where to eat, by campus
Choose the room by where your day ends rather than where you sleep. From Caesars Forum, Nobu and Peter Luger are both inside Caesars Palace. From the Venetian you are in the deepest cluster on the Strip, with Wakuda, Bazaar Meat, Estiatorio Milos and Mott 32 under one roof, and Wynn across the road for SW Steakhouse. From MGM Grand you are close to the Cosmopolitan for STK and Aria for Carbone and Catch. Carbone is the customer dinner people remember, which is also why it is the hardest of these to get during re:Invent, and the argument for asking early rather than well.
Taking customers out after dinner
This is the wheelhouse. Most re:Invent evenings end the same way: dinner wraps around nine thirty and a dozen people want somewhere better than a hotel bar. Tao takes the Sunday, Marquee holds the Monday, Omnia takes the Tuesday with Steve Aoki, and by Friday everything is open at once with Alesso at Omnia, Kaskade at XS and Knock2 at LIV. Groups, and the thing enterprise teams get wrong
The usual ask is a private room for a customer group of twenty to seventy-five, and it usually arrives late because the guest list was not final. Rooms that hold that many people during a sixty-thousand-person week are a short list and they commit early, so a provisional booking you refine later is worth far more than waiting for certainty. Larger activations and full buyouts we will place; start with a budget rather than a venue and it moves faster.
If a nightclub is not the answer
If you are after something other than a club, say so. The Mayfair Supper Club turns dinner into the evening without anyone having to move. And if you would rather have a speakeasy or a live music bar, tell us the group and we are happy to steer you in the right direction and make recommendations.

We coordinate the cars as part of the booking. re:Invent spans four properties across most of the length of the Strip, so a group with a fixed dinner seating needs transport planned rather than improvised.
