CES 2027: three campuses, and where the evening goes

CES 2027 opens its show floors on Wednesday January 6 and closes them at four on Saturday the 9th, across 13 official venues grouped into three campuses: the Las Vegas Convention Center, the Venetian and the C Space campus around ARIA. Media days begin at Mandalay Bay on Monday the 4th, so press and exhibitors are in town well before the floor opens. Three campuses, and the Strip between them
CES groups its 13 official venues into three campuses. The Las Vegas Convention Center has all four of its halls in use this year (North, Central, South and West), with CES Foundry steps away at Fontainebleau. The Venetian campus is built around the Venetian Expo. C Space sits down the Strip at ARIA and takes in Vdara, the Cosmopolitan, Park MGM and Bellagio. A day that starts in West Hall and ends with a meeting at ARIA is an ordinary CES day, and the drive between them at six in the evening is the part worth planning. CES 2026 brought 148,392 people to town by the organizer's own audit, so the cars and the dinners are best treated as one problem rather than two.
Who lands when
The floor opens Wednesday, but CES starts earlier than that. Media days are at Mandalay Bay on the Monday and Tuesday, C Space opens its conference program on Tuesday the 5th, and exhibitors are in ahead of all of it. That makes Tuesday the real arrival night. Saturday is the unusual one. The floor closes at four and plenty of people are on afternoon flights, but it is also a Saturday night in Las Vegas, with Steve Aoki at Omnia, so a team staying on still has a good night ahead of it.
Dinner, by the campus your day ends on
Choose the restaurant by the building the group leaves at six, not the hotel it sleeps in. At the convention center end, Fontainebleau sits beside West Hall with Papi Steak, Don's Prime, Mother Wolf and Komodo, and Resorts World across the Strip has Carversteak and Fuhu. Out of the Venetian Expo, the building itself holds Bazaar Meat, CUT, COTE, Wakuda and Estiatorio Milos. From C Space, Carbone, Catch and Gymkhana are all inside ARIA, with Zuma at the Cosmopolitan, Bavette's at Park MGM and Prime Steakhouse at Bellagio close by. Wynn sits between the two northern campuses, so SW Steakhouse and Delilah suit a group split across both. Our Las Vegas team arranges the reservation and the car to it together.
After dinner, night by night
The January club calendar is still filling in, and what is posted so far is uneven. Wednesday has DJ Franzen at Hakkasan. Friday has the most going on inside the show, with Chris Lake at Omnia, Matroda at LIV and DJ Pauly D at Marquee. Saturday, the closing day, has Steve Aoki at Omnia and Louis the Child at Marquee. Tuesday and Thursday show only the clubs' own house nights for now, and more names will land as the date gets closer. Customer dinners and the bigger asks
The common CES request is a customer dinner in a private room, anywhere from a table of twelve to a room of sixty, followed by a reserved section somewhere good. Bazaar Meat, CUT and Carversteak all have private rooms at the top of that range. For a launch party or a full buyout, start with the headcount and the budget and we will find the right room. With three campuses in play, we set the ground transportation with the dinner so the group leaves the building together.
When a club is the wrong ending
Not every customer wants a DJ at midnight. The Mayfair Supper Club at Bellagio, inside the C Space campus, puts dinner and a show at the same table, and Delilah at Wynn does the same at the north end. If the group would rather have a cocktail bar or a room with live music, tell us who is coming and we will suggest the right one.
