Fontainebleau makes its case with Metro Boomin at LIV Nightclub at Fontainebleau — a rare producer-as-headliner night that pulls a sharp, hip-hop-literate crowd. Book the on-property synergy play and start with pasta at Mother Wolf at Fontainebleau, chef Funke's Roman room, before heading up.
At Encore, Gryffin brings melodic, guitar-tinged house to XS at Encore, the most polished nightclub in the city and a reliable close-the-night option. Sequence it after a table at Catch at Aria if you are pooling the group from the center-Strip, or keep it Wynn-tight.

Sunday wind-down
Ease in with DAYBREAKER: The Sober Morning Dance Party from 9am at Omnia Dayclub at Caesars, followed by Chris Lake later the same day — a clean-living-to-tech-house arc that few cities could stage. For a Latin-leaning afternoon, Altura Presents Latin Day Swim runs at Encore Beach Club at Encore, while DESEO: Latin Sundays closes the weekend at Omnia at Caesars.
