Vegas wedding morning-after brunch
Vegas morning-after wedding brunches typically run 10:30am-1pm at a Strip restaurant or pool club. For groups of 8-15 a restaurant private banquette works; 15-30 favors a private dining room or a pool-club Sunday-brunch reservation; 30-plus needs a partial buyout or a full pool-club cabana cluster.
Restaurant brunch (the seated format)
Most Strip restaurants offer a brunch program Friday-Sunday 10am-3pm. For wedding-week brunches with 8-30 guests a semi-private banquette or a private dining room works. Minimum spends $500-$5,000.
Pool club Sunday brunch
Several Strip pool clubs run a Sunday-brunch format that combines a relaxed daytime DJ program with brunch food service and bottle service. Most run 11am-5pm.
Private dining room (the buyout option)
For 30-plus guests a private dining room or a partial restaurant buyout is the practical format. Minimum spends $3,000-$15,000 depending on venue and day of week.
