Vegas wedding rehearsal dinners
Vegas rehearsal dinners typically run at a Strip restaurant's private dining room the night before the ceremony. For groups of 8-20 a chef's counter or a small private room works; for 20-50 a semi-private dining room is the right fit; for 50-plus a partial or full-restaurant buyout is the practical format.
Format by guest count
Under 12 guests: a chef's counter. 12-25: a private dining room with dedicated server, custom menu, full bar. 25-50: a semi-private dining room or smaller restaurant buyout. 50-plus: a partial or full-restaurant buyout.
What you're buying
Most Strip restaurants quote a minimum spend on food and beverage. The minimum varies by night of the week, season, and event-week pricing (F1, Super Bowl, NFR, EDC weekends all run premiums).
Timing
Strip restaurants book the rehearsal-dinner slot 6-12 weeks ahead for primetime windows; event-weekend rehearsals book even earlier.
