Vegas wedding reception venues
Vegas wedding receptions split across four formats: private dining rooms at Strip restaurants for seated meals (typical capacity 15-80), rooftop bars and skydecks for cocktail-style receptions (40-200), nightclub buyouts or skyboxes for late-night reception formats (50-500), and pool clubs and dayclubs for daytime or sunset receptions (50-1000). We coordinate across all four.
Private dining rooms (15-80 guests)
The most common reception format. A Strip restaurant offers a semi-private or fully private dining room with a seated meal, custom menu options, and an open or hosted bar. Minimum spends typically run $5,000-$20,000 for semi-private rooms and $25,000-$80,000 for full-restaurant buyouts.
Rooftop bars and skydecks (40-200 guests)
Strip rooftops and elevated lounges offer cocktail-style reception formats with the Vegas skyline as the backdrop. Best for evening receptions and groups who want to flow rather than be seated.
Nightclub buyouts or skybox extensions (50-500 guests)
For groups who want the reception to transition into a late-night after-party in the same room. Some Strip nightclubs offer a 'late-reception' format that opens earlier than the public hours for a private dinner.
Pool clubs and dayclubs (50-1000 guests)
For daytime ceremonies or sunset receptions. Cabanas and bungalows for seating, the deck and pool for cocktail flow, DJ programming. Best for spring and fall.
