Ninive Beach is a beach club and restaurant on J1 Beach in Jumeirah 1, the public beachfront between Downtown Dubai and City Walk. The concept reworks Middle Eastern majlis hospitality for a coastal setting: a Mediterranean-style beach and pool club by day, an oriental-inspired restaurant and bar after dark. It opened on J1 Beach in December 2024.
The pool is finished in green tile and set along the sand, with sunbeds facing the Arabian Gulf. A rooftop level looks over the Dubai skyline on one side and the pool and beach on the other, used for private and corporate events. Valet parking is available.
The kitchen serves a Middle Eastern and North African menu with Mediterranean touches: a lighter pool and beach menu by day, a full restaurant service after 6 p.m. Signatures include the Wagyu Grade 5 tenderloin, kofta kebab with grilled tomato and pomegranate, fried red mullet with chermoula and tahini, and manti with garlic yogurt and sumac, plus a 1.7-kilogram whole grilled sea bass and the Ninive Mix Grill for the table. Couscous and tagine, including lamb, merguez and chicken, join the menu after 6 p.m.
Ninive Beach hosts curated events and live performances through the year. Entry carries a minimum age of 21 with valid ID, and the dress code moves from smart casual at lunch to smart elegant for dinner. Beach and pool access runs 10 a.m. to sunset; the restaurant and bar stay open daily to 2 a.m. Sunbed and table reservations run through the venue's own SevenRooms page.
