Maison Revka · Restaurant · Dubai
Slavic-French dining and a pool club at Delano Dubai, Bluewaters.
Maison Revka takes over a set of rooms in the five-star Delano Dubai on Bluewaters Island, its dining spaces built around a run of stained glass and plush seating that draw on early 20th-century Parisian design, with two sunlit verandas that look out over the pool and the Gulf.
The kitchen reads Slavic heritage through French technique, with caviar, grilled lobster and smoked salmon among the signature dishes, set alongside a raw bar built for sharing at the table. Vodka and a French-leaning wine list carry the drinks side of the room.
Sunbeds and cabanas surround the pool by day, with direct access to the Delano's beach and views out to the water. Evenings bring a gentle ambient energy through playlists or occasional live performances, and the room works equally well for a business brunch, a romantic dinner, or a larger group celebration.
Maison Revka serves lunch daily from 12:30 PM to 4:00 PM and dinner from 7:00 PM to 1:00 AM. Dress is elegant, in keeping with the room's upscale aesthetic.
