The restaurant sits away from the beaches and hotel towers that hold most of Dubai's starred rooms, in the Dubai Hills business quarter, so it is a destination booking rather than somewhere you happen past. Executive chef Omkar Walve leads the kitchen.
Service is a vegetarian tasting menu that reworks Indian cooking through a fine-dining lens, and the kitchen will build vegan and gluten-free versions of it on request.
